论文使用了全球创业观察（GEM）数据，基于创业家资源禀赋的视角研究中国两性创业家创业行业选择的性别差异。通过描述性统计分析发现，女性创业者的行业选择更为集中。相对于男性创业者而言，女性创业者具有高风险规避，低成就需求，低学历，低家庭收入和缺乏社会资本的特点。通过以顾客服务类行业和商业服务类行业为基准组建立多元logit模型，得出的回归结果发现，那些个体为女性、风险规避程度高、成就需求低的创业者进入顾客服务类行业创业的概率较大，而随着风险规避程度的提高，家庭收入对顾客服务类行业的正向选择作用减弱。另一方面，受风险规避程度、成就需求、社会资本和教育水平的限制，女性创业者在商业服务类行业的创业率较低。

Based on the endowment of self employers, data from GEM are used to evaluate explanations for the differentials of industry selection between self-employed men and women. The result of descriptive statistics shows that female entrepreneurial selection of industries is more concentrated than male. Compared with self-employed men, self-employed women have higher risk aversion, lower achievement motivation, lower education level, lower household income and lack of social capital. The paper sets up a multiple logit model based on the consumer service industry and business service industry respectively. Regression results show that those entrepreneurs who are female, high risk aversion and low achievement motivation have higher probability to enter consumer service industries. Particularly, with the increase of risk aversion, the positive impact of household income decreases significantly. On the other hand, the restraint from risk aversion, achievement motivation, social capital and education level, the rate of female entrepreneurship in business service industries is relatively lower than male.
