高校实验室建设是为了给高校师生的科研和教学提供一个专业的场所,满足科研和教学发展的需求,有利于提高学生的实践和动手能力。近些年来,随着我国“科教兴国”战略的实施以及经济发展水平的提高,国家对高校实验室的投资越来越大,实验室的建设和管理水平已经成为衡量高校科研能力的重要指标。我国很多的高校都加大了对实验室建设的投入,并且在实验室建设和管理方面已经积累了一定的经验,但是实验室的需求和发展是处在一个不断发展的过程中的。特别是随着当今信息技术的迅猛发展和国家对高校人才需求的变化,传统的实验室已经很难满足教学与实验的要求。我国的传统实验室一般采取的是单一的模式,科技设备的利用率比较低,不少实验室只是供学校一些特别的专家使用,实验室对高校学生的开放性不足。高校数字化实验室的需求不断增加和信息化技术的不断发展使得实验室的数字化成为实验室建设的新趋势,数字化实验的建设和利用也成为高校广泛关注的重点。我国各大高校都利用国家的支持和自有资金建设了高标准、信息化的学校数字化实验室,但是从现有的建设来看,很多学校存在重复建设或是建设不足的情况,很多学校的数字实验室的使用率并不高,这不仅占用了高校的资源也给高校数字化实验室的管理带来了困扰。笔者针对这些问题以高校数字化实验室的使用问题为研究课题,剖析我国高校数字化实验室在使用中存在的问题,提出促进数字化实验室有效使用的对策。为了更好地分析数字化实验室的使用,本文共分为四个部分来写。第一部分是引言,包括数字化实验室使用的研究背景、意义及研究方法,关于高校数字化实验室研究的文献综述,了解笔者在研究中的主要特色与创新之处,并了解文章的主要研究内容。第二部分的论题是高校数字化实验室概述,首先对高校数字化实验室和科技资源相关的理论和概念进行厘定,阐述高校加强数字化实验室建设的重大意义,了解高校数字化实验室建设和管理的一般知识。第三部分是我国高校数字化实验室建设运行现状及存在的问题,在这一部分中,综合地对北京的6个高校数字化实验室管理的人员进行访谈,了解高校数字化实验室近年的建设情况、使用和管理方法、使用和管理难度等问题,了解高校数字化实验室管理的方法和管理难度,并主要以某一个高校的数字化实验室建设、配置和主要要素等为例分析高校数字化实验室的建设和使用状况,主要采用调查问卷的实证研究方法,通过向学校的相关人员发放自行设计的问卷来了解实验室的使用现状,通过对调查问卷的数据进行统计后分析高校数字化实验室在使用中存在的问题。第四部分是高校数字化实验室使用效率提高的建议,主要是针对第三部分的问题有针对性地提出提高效率的建议。本文以北京某高校的数字化实验室为例,来探究高校多媒体实验室使用过程中存在的问题,以期采取相关的措施,构建数字化的高校实验室,进而实现高校实验室资源的实时共享和互动,提高高校数字化实验室的使用率 。

The digital laboratory increasing demand and the continuous development of information technology makes the laboratory digitization become the new trend of laboratory construction, the construction and use of digital experiment has become the focus of the attention. Our country universities are using the support of the country and their own funds for the construction of high standard, information school digital laboratory, but from the existing construction perspective, many schools exists repetitive construction or construction is not enough, many school digital laboratory utilization rate is not high, this not only take the university resources also give the digital laboratory management brought trouble. The author to solve these problems in the use of the digital laboratory for the study, analyze the digital laboratory in use existing problems, and puts forward some effective countermeasures of digital laboratory use. In order to better the use of digital laboratory analysis, this paper is divided into four parts altogether to write. The first part is introduction, including the use of digital laboratory research background, significance and research method, about the digital laboratory research literature review, understand the author in the research of the main features and innovative points, and get the main research content. The second part of the thesis is the summary of digital lab, first of all to the digital resources of science and technology laboratory and related theory and concept, elaborates digital determined to strengthen laboratory construction, understand the significance of the digital laboratory construction and management of general knowledge. The third part is our country the digital laboratory construction and operation, the current situation and existing problems in this part, the synthetically to Beijing six university digital laboratory management personnel interview, understand the digital laboratory construction in recent years, use and management methods, use and management, such as the difficulty of the problem, understand the digital laboratory management methods and management difficulty, and mainly by a university digital laboratory construction, configuration and the main factors as an example, this paper analyzes the digital laboratory construction and use condition, mainly USES the questionnaire of the empirical research method, through to the school related personnel to extend self-designed questionnaire to understand laboratory use present situation, through the questionnaire for statistical data analysis after the digital laboratory in use problems. The fourth part is the digital laboratory use efficiency improving suggestion, is mainly aimed at the problem of the third part puts forward the Suggestions to improve efficiency. In this paper a university in Beijing the digital laboratory as an example, to explore the multimedia laboratory use process problems, in order to take relevant measures, construct the digital university laboratory, so as to realize the real-time university laboratory resources sharing and interaction, and improve the utilization rate of the digital laboratory.
