我们对西医的传统认知是“客观实证的科学”,是“标准化知识生产”。但隐藏在客观、标准后医护人员的主观能动性却少有人提及。医护人员和患者都是具有主观性的人,所以在整个医疗实践中,必然打上了医护人员身体的烙印。 本文从身体民俗的视角出发,将靖安县妇幼保健院的医生和护士置于聚光灯下,发掘医护人员在西医的医疗实践中如何运用身体技术和感官经验发挥主观能动性,又如何在师徒制的框架下通过模仿和实践进行身体技术的传承和再生产。基于田野作业,本文通过融合访谈人叙事和自我叙事的民族志写作,力图呈现出身体技术和感官经验在医疗实践的生产和再生产这一复杂而丰富的过程中起到的重要作用。 绪论阐发了本文的灵感来源和理论支撑,反思了医生尤其是西医的身体性和身体感在以往身体民俗研究当中的缺失。第一章从学校教育和师徒传承这两种不同的知识生产模式入手,发现了医护人员在学校教育外,主要借由在医疗实践过程中的师承授受,通过模仿和实践逐步塑造自己的身体技术。第二章从田野个案出发,描写了不同科室的医护人员如何运用自己的身体技术,并在医疗实践过程中不断发挥主观能动性的过程。第三章以三个案例为基础,重点说明了医护人员的身体技术和感官经验是可以随着外部环境和自身身份的变化而发生变化的。第四章则结合笔者的田野情况,梳理了田野各阶段的状况,并进行了方法论上的反思,初步实践了对家乡民族志和感官民族志的书写。 |

It is generally believed that, Western medicine is "objective and positive science" and "standardized knowledge production". But the subjective initiative of medical personnel hidden in the objectivity and standardization is rarely mentioned. Both medical personnel and patients are subjective people, so in the whole medical practice, it is inevitable to be stamped with the traces of medical staff's bodies. From the perspective of bodylore, this paper puts the doctors and nurses of Jing'an Maternal and Child Health hospital under the spotlight, and explores how the medical staff can use their own body techniques and sensory abilities in the medical practice of Western medicine, and how to reproduce and master body techniques through imitation and practice by the way of apprenticeship. Based on fieldwork, my ethnographic writing combines the narrative of my informants and mine, and endeavors to reveals the crucial role of body techniques and sensory ability in the complex and rich process of production and reproduction of medical practices. The introduction explains the inspiration and theoretical frameworks for this paper, suggesting to examine the neglected doctors' body and body senses in previous studies, especially in studies about Western medicine. The first chapter starts with two different modes of knowledge production, school education and apprentice transmission, and argues that, in addition to school education, the medical students mainly rely on apprenticeship in the process of producing medical practice, and gradually shape their own body techniques through imitation and practice. The second chapter presents cases to describe how the medical staff from different departments use their own body techniques and continuously exert their subjective initiative in the process of medical practice. Using three cases, the third chapter emphasizes that the body techniques and sensory abilities of medical staff can change along with the changing external environment, medical technology and their own identity. The fourth chapter reflects on the author's fieldwork experience. In examining the situation of each stage of the whole process and rethinking the methodology, it presents a preliminary practice of writing hometown ethnography and sensory ethnography. |
