本研究采用问卷分析法,采用《中国特殊教育学校师资队伍调查问卷》调查了西藏三所特殊教育学校的61名特教教师的专业素质发展现状。发现西藏特殊教育教师专业素质发展存在特教教师性别比例失调、专业能力薄弱、专业培训不足和效果不佳、科研力量薄弱等问题;其专业发展受社会对特殊教育教师职业的认可、学校整体发展状况、教师对特殊教育工作的认同感等因素的影响最大。为此,建议加强专业培训机制,提供理论、技能多方面的培训机会,注重培养教师的科研能力,提供良好的社会环境,为学校发展和个人职业认同感提升提供支持,进而促进西藏特殊教育教师队伍专业素质发展。

In this study, 61 teachers of special education in three special education schools in Tibet province were investigated on the status of their professional quality by means of questionnaire analysis. It is found that there are some problems in the development of teachers' professional quality in Tibet special education, such as gender imbalance, weak professional ability, insufficient professional training, poor effect and weak scientific research. Its professional development is most influenced by the social recognition of the profession of special education teachers, the overall development of the school and the teachers' sense of identity to the work of special education. Therefore, it is suggested to strengthen the professional training mechanism, provide training opportunities in theory and skills, pay attention to the training of teachers' scientific research ability, provide a good social environment, provide support for the development of schools and the improvement of personal professional identity, and promote the professional quality development of teachers in Tibet special education.
