高校扩招以来,大学生就业形势日趋严峻,高校就业指导工作也显现出愈来愈多的不足与缺陷。在这种情况下,如何才能更好地发挥高校就业指导的作用,以顺利实现学生的发展性就业,成为学校、政府、社会等各方都期待解决的问题。针对这一问题,本文从探究就业指导的历史起源和发展阶段出发,结合当前就业形势的需求,根据有关的调查研究,明确了高校就业指导存在的不足和缺陷,并在借鉴前人研究成果和国外相关经验的基础上,提出了这一问题的解决方案:即要在高校实行贯穿整个大学阶段的全程就业指导模式。这一模式将提高学生的就业能力和就业素质以促进其发展性就业作为中心任务。对于这一模式,本研究从现实需求、理论基础和政策层面对其必要性和可行性进行了充分的论证,并在此基础上构建了这一模式的内容体系,主要包括高校全程就业指导的目的、内容、方式、实施步骤、机构和工作人员等,最后提出了在高校实施全程就业指导模式的对策和建议,即树立全程就业的理念、健全规章制度、加强机构和队伍建设、增加经费投入以及建立大量稳定的实习基地等。
外文摘要:
Since the expanded admission of colleges and universities, the employment status of undergraduates is getting increasingly trouble, and the increasing shortage and limitation of employment guidance are also emerging in colleges and universities. In this situation, how the employment guidance in colleges and universities plays a better role in successfully achieving growing employment of the students ,that is becoming a problem expectedly to be solved.To solve this problem, we will figure out the shortage and limitation existing in employment guidance of colleges and universities in this text starting from exploring the historical source & developing trend of employment guidance and combining the requirement of current employment status; and put forward the solutions of this problem based on the research achievement of predecessors and interrelated experiences abroad, that is, to carry out whole-course employment guidance service system throughout the whole period in universities. The system will focus on promoting the growing employment to students by means of enhancing their ability and character in finding jobs. For this system, the research makes sufficient reasoning to its necessity and feasibility from the aspects of reality, theory basis and policy, and composes the structure frame and content system of this system, mainly including the basic principle, purpose, content, method, framework and staff of the whole-course employment guidance in colleges and universities, and eventually bring forward the countermeasures and advice in implementing the whole-course employment guidance service system in colleges and universities, that is, to change ideas, amplify rules and regulations, strengthen the building in framework and ranks, increase outlay input and set up plenty of steady bases for training, etc.
