摘 要

 

本论文以社会工作专业毕业生为研究对象,在回顾和梳理了有关毕业生求职表现影响因素的国内外文献后,聚焦到求职强度这一影响因素,从准备求职强度、实际求职强度、总体求职努力三个维度探究社会工作专业毕业生求职强度对求职表现的影响。本论文主要使用spss统计分析软件,对所采集到的数据进行描述分析、相关分析、分层回归分析。通过数据分析,产生以下主要研究发现:

(1)社会工作专业毕业生的准备求职强度会对求职表现(获得的录取通知书数量、工作满意度)产生显著的负向影响;(2)社会工作专业毕业生的实际求职强度会对求职表现(获得的录取通知书数量、工作满意度)产生显著的正向影响;(3)社会工作专业毕业生的总体求职努力会对求职表现(获得的录取通知书数量、工作满意度)产生显著的正向影响。 

在以上实证研究结果的基础之上,本论文提出了明确合适的求职方向、合理安排求职准备期、积极联系学习就业指导机构、重视面试等5点针对社会工作专业毕业生提高其求职表现的建议。

外文摘要:

ABSTRACT

This thesis takes social work graduates as the research object, and after reviewing and sorting the national and foreign documents on the factors that influence graduate job search performance, focuses on the influencing factor of job search intensity, and explores the influence of job search intensity on job search performance of social work graduates in three dimensions: preparation for job search intensity, actual job search intensity, and overall job search effort.

This paper mainly uses SPSS statistical analysis software to conduct description analysis, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis on the collected data. Through data analysis, the following main findings are generated:(1) the prepared job search intensity of social work graduates has a significant negative impact on job search performance (number of offers received, job satisfaction); (2) the actual job search intensity of social work graduates has a significant positive impact on job search performance (number of offers received, job satisfaction); (3) in addition, the overall job search effort of social work graduates has a significant positive impact on job search performance (number of offers received, job satisfaction).  

Based on the results of the aforementioned empirical study, this dissertation proposes five suggestions for social work graduates to improve their job search performance, such as clarifying the appropriate job search direction, rationalizing the preparation period for job search, actively contacting study employment guidance agencies, and paying attention to interviews.
