悟空中文是线上汉语平台之一,该平台的汉语课程以海外华裔儿童为对象,以培养儿童的识字读写能力为目标,悟空中文以此为目标制定了华裔儿童汉字教学策略,指导悟空中文的汉字教学。本文总结了悟空中文华裔儿童汉字教学的主要策略,以五位在读学生为例,对汉字教学策略的实施效果进行分析。
首先,通过对五位学生的课堂观察,对悟空中文的汉字教学策略进行了具体的案例展示,观察学生的课堂反馈。其次,为进一步检验学生的学习成果,笔者统计了五位学生当堂测试、阶段性测试和作业反馈的结果,对学生的学习成果进行评价,并对悟空中文汉字教学策略的使用效果进行反思,总结出悟空中文海外华裔儿童汉字教学策略的优点为加强了学生汉字认读能力、增强了学生对偏旁部首的认识、树立了正确的书写意识、激发了学生汉字学习兴趣、丰富了传统文化知识背景。同时,总结出悟空中文海外华裔儿童汉字教学策略的问题是教学内容选择不合理、随着教学级别提升教学趣味性降低、部首教学要求不合理、笔画笔顺要求过于严格、视频资源选择和使用不合理、缺少汉字学习的量化评价标准。最后,本文分别从教师和机构的角度提出了具体的建议。一方面建议教师要根据学习者的特点适当增删汉字学习内容、了解学生家长需求调整教学重点、活跃课堂氛围增加汉字学习趣味性、重视书写能力让学生树立正确的汉字书写意识。另一方面建议机构管理者要对教学内容进行分级、优化多媒体教学手段、进一步精化汉字书写要求。
外文摘要:
WuKong EDU is one of the online Chinese language platforms, which has a Chinese language curriculum aimed at overseas Chinese children to develop their literacy and reading skills, and WuKong EDU has developed Chinese character teaching strategies for Chinese children with this goal to guide the teaching of Chinese characters in WuKong EDU. This paper summarizes the main strategies of teaching Chinese characters for Chinese children at WuKong EDU and analyzes the effectiveness of the implementation of the Chinese character teaching strategies with five current students as examples.
First, specific examples of Chinese character teaching strategies of WuKong EDU are presented through classroom observations of the five students, and students' classroom feedback is observed. Second, to further test the students' learning outcomes, the author tallied the results of the five students' in-class tests, stage tests, and homework feedback to evaluate the students' learning outcomes and reflect on the effectiveness of using Chinese character teaching strategy of WuKong EDU, and concluded that the advantages of Chinese character teaching strategy of WuKong EDU for overseas Chinese children were that it strengthened the students' ability to recognize Chinese characters, enhanced their knowledge of radicals, created awareness of correct writing, stimulated their interest in learning Chinese characters, and enriched their knowledge of traditional culture. At the same time, it concluds that the problems of Chinese character teaching strategies of WuKong EDU for overseas Chinese children were unreasonable selection of teaching contents, reduction of teaching interest with the improvement of teaching level, unreasonable requirements for teaching radicals, overly strict requirements for stroke order, unreasonable selection and use of video resources, and lack of quantitative evaluation criteria for Chinese character learning. Finally, the paper offers specific recommendations from the perspectives of teachers and institutions respectively. On the one hand, it is suggested that teachers should add or delete Chinese character learning contents according to learners' characteristics, understand students' and parents' needs to adjust teaching priorities, liven up the classroom atmosphere to increase the fun of Chinese character learning, and emphasize writing skills so that students can establish a correct awareness of Chinese character writing. On the other hand, it is recommended that managers of institutions should grade the teaching content, optimize multimedia teaching methods, and further refine the Chinese character writing requirements.
