目前我国中小学天文普及教育表现为，教学设施较为齐全，但利用率不高，师资力量薄弱，天文教材不规范，缺乏系统性。当前现状迫切需要我们开展网上共享的天文普及教育，以满足天文普及教育中普遍存在的对资源、师资、教材等共同的需求。由于目前我国中小学没有科普教育大纲。天文普及教育的层次和深度取决于不同学校的具体条件，没有统筹规划，没有统一教材。网络教材不仅能增加学生的背景知识，还能使学生掌握望远镜的操作技能以及各种软件的使用技能。这样才能达到动手做科学的目的。 当前现状迫切需要我们尽快开展网上共享的天文普及教育，以满足天文普及教育中普遍存在的对资源、师资、教材等共同的需求。本文主要探索远程动手实践天文教学中的教材模式，给出入门和次级教材体系结构样本。
