就业是大部分大学生要面临的重要任务。以往研究表明影响大学生就业成功的因素错综复杂，但外界因素对大学生就业的影响最终要通过大学生自身的内在特征起作用。其中，大学生对未来职业发展的成熟度，即职业成熟度对其能否成功就业有着重要影响。作为一种重要的能力，大学生的情绪智力在很大程度上影响其谦虚人格和职业成熟度。因此，本研究一方面考察大学生的情绪智力、职业成熟度的现状，另一方面考察谦虚对情绪智力和职业成熟度的中介作用。本研究采用情绪智力量表、谦虚反应倾向量表以及职业成熟度量表调查了 424 名大学生， 经过统计分析主要得到以下结论： （1）情绪智力与职业成熟度呈正相关； （2）情绪智力与谦虚呈正相关； （3）谦虚与职业成熟度呈正相关； （4）谦虚在情绪智力和职业成熟度的关系中起部分中介作用。

Abstract: Employment is an important task for most college students.Previous studies have shown that the factors that affect the success of college Students' employment are intricate, but the influence of external factors on college students' employment ultimately depends on their own internal characteristics. Among them, the career maturity has an important influence on the success of employment. As an important ability, college students' emotional intelligence greatly influences their modesty and career maturity.Therefore, on the one hand, we examine the current situation of college students' emotional intelligence and career maturity. On the other hand, we examine the mediating effect of modesty on the relationship between emotional intelligence and career maturity.424 college students were investigated with Emotional Intelligence Scale (EIS) ,Modest Behavior Scale (MBS) and Career Marutity Inventory (CMI) . The following conclusions were obtained through statistical analysis. (1) emotional intelligence is positively related career maturity； (2) emotional intelligence is positively related to modesty; (3) modesty is positively related to career maturity; (4) modesty plays a part of mediating role in the relationship between emotional intelligence and career maturity
