我国制造业发展如今进入了转型升级的重要阶段，而技术创新是推动制 造业转型升级和高质量发展的关键。目前，制造业企业将越来越多的生产性服 务运用到生产活动中，但由于我国生产性服务业发展比较落后，很多高质量的 生产性服务来源于进口，所以研究生产性服务进口对制造业技术创新的影响 有着重要的现实意义。本文选取了我国 19 个省市及自治区 2015-2017 年生产 性服务进口和制造业技术创新的数据，分别验证了生产性服务进口总额和分 类别对制造业技术创新的影响，得出的结论是生产性服务进口总额的增加能 促进制造业的技术创新产出增加，但不同类别生产性服务的进口增加对制造 业技术创新的影响程度不一样，其中包括咨询服务、知识产权使用费等的知识 类生产性服务进口对制造业技术创新的促进作用最显著。

China's manufacturing industry has now entered an important stage of transformation and upgrading, and technological innovation is the key to it. At present, manufacturing enterprises are applying more and more producer services to production activities. However, due to the backward development of China's producer service industry, many high-quality producer services are imported, so research on the impact of producer services imports on manufacturing industry technology innovation has important practical significance. This paper selects the data of producer service import and manufacturing technology innovation of 19 provinces and cities from 2015 to 2017, and verifies the impact of total import and sub-categories of producer services on manufacturing industry technology innovation. The conclusion is that the increase in overall producer service imports can promote the technology innovation output in manufacturing industry, but different types of producer services have different levels of impact on technology innovation. The knowledge intensive producer service which includes intellectual property royalty, and consulting services has the most significant impact on technology innovation.
