全球化的浪潮下，英语是世界上影响范围最广的语言。然而近年来美国的单边主义抬头，为英语的传播埋下了不确定的因素。在这个充满变革的新时代，需要高度关注和认真重视英语全球化发展的新趋势。明晰千年来英语的时空分布变化，将会更好地了解英语未来的发展趋势。本文主要通过文献资料研究法和定性分析法进行相关内容及数据搜集与整合，并作归纳分析。从千年来英语的时空分布可得出语言的传播与战争、政治和经济等因素相联密切。盎格鲁-撒克逊的遗产使得英语将继续担任世界通用语的角色。然而，随着人类命运共同体的提出以及美国的战略收缩，世界政治中心的东移，其他语言也将陆续登陆世界舞台。未来，世界通用语会呈现一定的地区性。而英语作为第一外语的人口将会首先出现减少。英语也会为了适应更多群体，产生更多变体。

Under the wave of globalization, English is the most widely influential language in the world. However, the rise of unilateralism in the United States in recent years has buried uncertain factors for the spread of English. In this new era full of changes, the new trend of English globalization development deserves attention. Clarifying the spatiotemporal distribution changes of English over the millennium will better understand the future development trend of English. This article mainly collects and integrates relevant content and data through literature research methods and qualitative analysis methods, and makes inductive analysis. From the spatiotemporal distribution of English over a thousand years, it can be concluded that the spread of language is closely related to factors such as war, politics, and economy. The Anglo-Saxon heritage means that English will continue to play the role of a world lingua franca. However, with the proposal of a community of human destiny and the strategic contraction of the United States, the eastward shift of the world political center, other languages will also land on the world stage one after another. In the future, world lingua franca will show certain regional characteristics. The population with English as their first foreign language will decrease first. English will also produce more variants to adapt to more groups.
