随着互联网+上升至国家战略层面,越来越多的人认为搭上互联网这班快车是传统行业转型升级的必经之路。工业品作为大宗商品,其生产、流通、销售环节的复杂性,直接影响了工业品互联网化的进程,而产业互联网时代的来临为工业品电商的发展带来千载难逢的机遇。互联网的发展使得基于商业模式的企业竞争成为主导,无论是企业的战略目标、组织结构还是产品构成,都以商业模式为基准。商业模式从1957年成为一个研究领域,经过半个多世纪的发展,商业模式被时代赋予更多的意义,尤其进入二十一世纪之后伴随着高速发展的互联网技术,基于此的商业模式成为企业的核心。
本文通过传统工业品市场与工业品电商市场的比较,找到传统工业品市场当前发展的困境以及发展工业品电商的意义,同时明确工业品电商是对传统工业品市场的深化升级,进而梳理工业品电商市场的当前境遇与发展潜力。2017年12月,我国首份《中国企业电商化采购发展报告(2017)》表明2017年我国B2B电商市场交易规模为17.5万亿元,环比增长22.1%,其中仅消费型通用产品的电商化采购规模已达千亿元,工业品电商平台市场规模数万亿,未来可期。
以几家有特色的工业品电商平台企业为研究对象,通过剖析其商业模式的特点,从客户细分、价值主张、关键业务、核心资源、收入来源、重要合作、客户关系、渠道通路、成本结构等方面进行分析,从而总结工业品电商平台的商业模式,工业品电商平台企业将会伴随工业品互联网化的实现助力行业腾飞。
本文尝试通过分析商业模式的关键要素,探讨工业品电商平台企业的商业模式,帮助工业品电商平台企业更加合理的打造更具发展潜力的商业模式,从依靠市场增长转变为依靠信息化手段提升自身竞争力,从做大市场转向更好、更快地切分市场,实现更精准地为工业品行业客户服务,希望本文内容可以给行业内的电商企业提供借鉴。

As the Internet + rises to the national strategic level, more and more people think that the Internet is the only way to transform and upgrade the traditional industries.The advent of the era of industrial Internet has brought a golden opportunity for the development of industrial products.The development of the Internet makes the competition of today's enterprises is neither the product , nor the industry, but the competition in the business model.With the continuous development of network technology, making the Internet-based business model has become the core driving force for business development.
This paper compares the traditional industrial market with the commercial market of industrial products.To find the dilemma of the current development of the traditional industrial product market and the significance of the development of the electric business of industrial products.At the same time, it is clear that the commercial market of industrial products are the deepening and upgrading of the traditional industrial products market.E-commerce of industrial products have improved social efficiency and reduced social costs.
By analyzing the characteristics of business models, we find the core competitiveness of enterprises from such aspects as customer segments, value propositions,channels, customer relationships,revenue sources,key resources,key activities,key partnerships and cost structure.This article tries to explore the different business models by analyzing the key elements of the business model.
To help E-commerce industrial enterprises to create a more differentiated business model in a more reasonable way,from relying on market growth to rely on information technology to enhance their own competitiveness,moving from to make the market bigger to a better and faster segmentation of the market.It is hoped that the content of this article can provide reference for the E-commerce industrial enterprises.
