近代以来，随着新史料的发现，以及受到西方史学的影响，史料学观念发生了质的改变。新史家在总结前人的基础上提出了比较全面的史料学观点，张荫麟是其中具有代表性的学者之一。本文对张荫麟的史料学观点进行梳理总结，并对张荫麟史料学观点在其著作《中国史纲》及其他文章中的应用进行简单分析，以期将张荫麟的史料学理论展示于如今的史学研究中。

Since modern times, the concept of historical data was changed essentially with the discovering of the new historical data and the influencing of western historiography. New historians put forward the comprehensive view of historical data studies based on the previous research, and Zhang Yinlin was one of the most representative scholars. This article reviews Zhang Yinlin's perspective of the historical data studies, and simple analysis was did to his view point applied in his "Outline of Chinese History" and other articles, by which can we show Zhang Yinlin's theories of historical data studies in recent historical research field.
