亲密恐惧是一种心理特质,影响个体在亲密中的认知、感受和行为;亲密恐惧也是个体在预期或实际经历亲密时所体验的一种焦虑情绪。亲密恐惧常常与亲密关系困难紧密相关,影响亲密的建立和维持。大学生群体正处在成年初期,建立和发展亲密关系是该阶段比较重要的心理任务。而一些大学生因为对亲密的恐惧、退缩或回避而阻碍了其对亲密的体验和探索。因此,对大学生的亲密恐惧进行干预和研究有重要意义。本研究采用个案研究法,通过短程动力取向核心冲突关系主题疗法对一例高亲密恐惧的大学生个案进行干预,以检验该疗法对亲密恐惧的有效性和适用性。研究者对个案进行了14次的咨询干预,按照该疗法的框架,分为核心冲突关系主题(CCRT)评估阶段、探索及展现CCRT普遍性阶段、鉴别和修通扭曲移情阶段、结束阶段。通过对CCRT的探索,帮助来访觉察和理解其亲密恐惧的模式,以及此模式对亲密的影响。并通过对CCRT中扭曲移情的鉴别和修通,帮助来访识别和改善扭曲移情,从而减少亲密恐惧的不良影响。 使用亲密恐惧量表、罗森伯格积极自尊量表、成人依恋量表、大学生人际关系综合诊断量表对个案进行前、中、后测及咨询结束后两个月的追踪测量。量化结果显示,个案的亲密恐惧程度显著下降,依恋类型由恐惧型发展为安全型,自尊水平有一定的提升,人际关系困扰程度也呈现出普遍的下降。结合咨询中不同阶段CCRT的质性分析,发现个案对亲密的积极体验增多,体现在对他人的认知和感受上的积极改变,以及自我行为上更为主动,可以尝试表达想法、需要和感受。同时,个案对于亲密的焦虑感受减少,希望和信念感增加。 |

Fear of intimacy is a psychological trait that affects individuals' cognition, feeling and behavior in intimacy. Fear of intimacy is also a kind of anxiety that individuals experience when they anticipate or actually experience intimacy. Fear of intimacy is often closely related to intimacy difficulties and affects the establishment and maintenance of intimacy. College students are in the early stage of adulthood, the establishment and development of intimate relationship is a relatively important psychological task in this stage. However, some college students' fear, retreat or avoidance of intimacy hinders their experience and exploration of intimacy. Therefore, it is of great significance to intervene and study college students' fear of intimacy. In this study, a case study method was used to test the effectiveness and applicability of the brief psychodynamic-oriented core conflictual relationship theme method to a college student with high level fear of intimacy. According to the framework of the therapy, 14 counseling interventions were conducted to the client, which were divided into the core conflictaul relationship theme (CCRT) assessment stage, the exploration and demonstration of CCRT universality stage, the identification and repair of distorted transference stage, and the termination stage. Through the exploration of CCRT, researcher help client to perceive and understand the pattern of fear of intimacy and the influence of this pattern on intimacy. Through the identification and repair of the distorted transference in CCRT, researcher help client to identify and improve the distorted transference, so as to reduce the adverse effects of fear of intimacy. Fear of Intimacy Scale (FIS), Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale (RSES), Adult Attachment Scale (AAS) and College Student Interpersonal Relation Assessment Scale (CSIRA) were used to measure the subjects before, during and after the consultation and follow-up measurement two months after the consultation. The quantitative results showed that the degree of fear of intimacy decreased significantly, the attachment type developed from fear type to security type, the level of self-esteem improved to a certain extent, and the degree of interpersonal relationship distress also showed a general decline. In combination with the qualitative analysis of CCRT in different stages of counseling, it is found that the positive experience of intimacy increases in the cases, which is reflected in the positive changes in the cognition and feelings of others, as well as the more proactive self-behavior, which can try to express ideas, needs and feelings. At the same time, the anxiety of intimacy decreased and the sense of hope and faith increased. The study proves that this therapy is effective and feasible for fear of intimacy, and is relatively suitable for college students. |
