在互联网时代，网络交际越来越成为汉语交际的重要组成部分。然而缺少了语气、表情及肢体互动的网络交际往往显得生硬，于是“如何克服阻碍进行无障碍沟通乃至亲切化表达”成为网络交际的关键课题。本文研究网络汉语交际，以广受关注的新时代网络交际现象为基础，在热门社交媒体平台（微信、qq、微博、小红书、抖音等）发布问卷，找出受网民认可的亲切化表达形式和不受网民认可的非亲切表达反例，以此归纳出网络交际中丰富的亲切表达策略，从而了解汉语使用者如何更好地进行网络交际。

In the Internet era, network communication is becoming an important part of Chinese communication. However, the lack of tone, expression and physical interaction in network communication is often blunt, so "how to overcome the obstacles for barrierless communication and even amiable expression" has become the key topic of network communication. This paper studies online Chinese communication. Based on the widely noticed phenomenon of online communication in the new era, questionnaires are issued on popular social media platforms (Wechat, QQ, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, etc.) to find out the friendly expression forms recognized by netizens and the non-friendly expression counter examples, and then summarize the rich amiable expression strategies in online communication. So as to guide Chinese users to better network communication.
