枯草芽孢杆菌通过革兰氏染色呈现阳性,菌体形态呈现杆状,本身没有致病性并且能够分泌多种酶类和抗生素。本研究从广西、江西、山西、重庆、贵州、陕西、湖北、福建8个地区取得土样,并从这些土样中分离得到100多种不同的枯草芽孢杆菌,进行了保菌、活化与发酵。最终,发现来自江西、山西、重庆、广西四个地区的土样中分离出的某些枯草芽孢杆菌经过发酵,其发酵液在进行抑菌实验的时候,对于实验室提供的黑曲霉有相对强烈的抑菌作用。在后续进一步确定发酵液对黑曲霉的作用过程中,进行了溶菌实验,发现有部分发酵液能对黑曲霉有直接的溶解现象。经过光学显微镜观察,对比正常黑曲霉菌丝与溶菌圈周围的黑曲霉菌丝,发现发酵液确实作用于黑曲霉,初步判断是作用在黑曲霉细胞壁。在此之后经过16s rRNA测序,以及革兰氏染色的方法,分别从基因层次和菌体形态上对该种能产生具有良好溶菌圈的发酵液的枯草芽孢杆菌进行鉴定。但在利用发酵液进行抑菌实验的重复性检测中,发现某种枯草芽孢杆菌发酵后产生的发酵液不是每一次都能有很好的抑菌现象,而对于已经能够产生抑菌圈的发酵液,其实验的重复性不太理想,经过前后发酵条件的对比,初步得到了一个适宜于发酵能够有抑菌效果的发酵液的外界环境控制条件。

Bacillus subtilis is positive by Gram staining , bacterial form presents rhabditiform, it has no pathogenicity and the ability to secrete a variety of enzymes and antibiotics. This study from guangxi, jiangxi, shanxi, chongqing, guizhou, shaanxi, hubei, fujian eight regional soil samples, and isolated from the soil samples of 100 different types of bacillus subtilis, then carrying on strain reservation, activation and fermentation. In the end, found from jiangxi, shanxi, chongqing, guangxi four areas where the soil samples of some of the bacillus subtilis was effective after fermentation, the fermented product in the bacteriostatic experiment has relatively strong bacteriostatic action to lab Aspergillus niger . In the subsequent experiment ,in order to determine the role of the fermented product, lysis experiment was carried out, and found some fermentation medium can have a direct dissolution phenomena of Aspergillus niger. Through optical microscope, compared to normal aspergillus silk and around lysis circle, the fermented product really applies to Aspergillus niger, preliminary judgment function in the cell walls of Aspergillus niger. After this after doing 16 s rRNA sequencing and gram staining, respectively from the gene level and bacteria form authenticate Bacillus subtilis which fermented product can have good lysis effect. But in the use of fermented product for bacteriostatic experiment repeatability tests, found that a Bacillus subtilis produce fermented product is not every time can have a good bacteriostatic phenomenon, and for fermented product which have been able to produce bacteriostatic ring, the repeatability of experiments is not very ideal, through the contrast before and after fermentation conditions, a preliminary got a suitable conditions for fermentation.
