电力行业是关系国计民生的基础性行业,在经济社会发展和人民生活中有着举足轻重的关键性作用,我国电网规模和发电规模目前已经位居世界第一。随着电力行业市场化改革的推进,人力资源是第一资源的定位将在电力企业进一步确立并不断巩固。员工激励问题将成为调动员工积极性、激发员工创造性,进而实现企业目标的重要手段,在这样一个转型期,研究电力企业的员工激励问题,因而也就具有重要的现实意义。
本文运用文献分析法和问卷调查法2种研究方法,在对国内外学者关于员工激励问题的研究成果进行认真回顾梳理、明确了激励的概念界定和理论的基础上,对ZZ供电公司的员工激励体系进行了研究分析,理清了公司激励体系存在的主要问题,从完善薪酬福利体系、改进绩效考核管理、提升培训管理水平、加强员工职业生涯管理和加强公司软环境建设等五个方面,给出了ZZ供电公司优化激励体系建议。

Electric power industry is a basic industry of national economy and people's livelihood, which plays a pivotal role in the economic and social development and people's life. Today, the scale and power grid of China is the largest in the world. With the development of the marketization reform of the power industry, human resources are the first resource orientation and will be further established and consolidated in the power enterprises. Employees incentive problems will be creative, arouse the enthusiasm of employees, motivate employees, in turn, an important means to realize the goal of enterprise, in such a transition period, the research of the electric power enterprise staff incentive problems, and thus has important practical significance.
In this paper, by using document analysis and questionnaire investigation of two kinds of research methods, in the domestic and foreign scholars research achievements about employee motivation problem combed carefully review, has been clear about the motivation, on the basis of concept definition and theoretical basis of ZZ power supply company staff incentive system are analyzed, and sort out the main problems of incentive system, from improving the c&b system, improving performance appraisal management, enhance the level of training management, strengthening the staff career management from five aspects, such as soft environment construction and strengthen the company gives the ZZ power supply company to optimize incentive system suggestion.
