国家与社会的发展对研究生教育质量要求日益提高，我校物理学科硕士研究生教育工作急需加强，在加强研究生教育的过程中，硕士学位授予标准是保证研究生质量的重要内容。本着改进我校物理学系硕士研究生培养标准和学位授予的目标，本文主要运用了文献调研与对比分析法，选出12所物理学科排名靠前的高校，这些详细统计这些高校物理学硕士专业课学分与发表论文等方面的设置要求，与我校物理学硕士学位授予方案进行对比；结合教育部出台的文件及支持政策与和学位授予相关的法律得出我系硕士授予方案能够改进之处的可行性建议。对比结果发现，我校硕士研究生专业课学分占比较低、硕士生学术交流要求不严格；硕士论文发表无硬性要求。最后，本文提出提高物理学专业课学分占比、适当将学术交流活动纳入学分等建议。

With the development of our country and society, the quality of postgraduate education is required to be improved. In the process of strengthening postgraduate education, the standard of conferring master's degree is an important content to ensure the quality of postgraduate education. Therefore, this paper aims to improve the master's degree awarding program of physics in our university. By using the method of literature research and comparative analysis, 12 universities with the highest ranking of physics are selected. Through the detailed statistics of the setting requirements of the credits and papers of the master's degree of physics in this university, it is compared with the master's degree awarding program of physics in our university; Combined with the documents and supporting policies issued by the Ministry of education and the laws related to degree awarding, this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for the improvement of the master's degree awarding program of our department. The results show that the credits of professional courses for Postgraduates in our university are relatively low, and the academic exchange requirements of postgraduates are not stringent; There is no rigid requirement for the publication of master's thesis. Therefore, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as increasing the proportion of credits in physics courses, and appropriately bringing academic exchange activities into credits.
