本次研究旨在探究用中国特色的教育家精神培育新时代“四有”好老师的方向和路径。文章首先从历史背景和教育家思想入手,对“四有”好老师的四大标准进行了解读,再结合近年来的政策和教育工作者事例对中国特有的教育家精神的六个方面进行分析,然后通过问卷调查了解在职教师和有意向成为教师的“准教师”群体对“四有”好老师标准和教育家精神的理解掌握情况,最后根据问卷结果分别针对在职教师和“准教师”队伍提出了新时代大国良师的培养路径。 |

The aim of this study is to explore the direction and path of cultivating "Four Haves" good teachers in the new era with the spirit of educators with Chinese characteristics. The article first starts with the historical background and the ideology of educators, interpreting the four standards of "Four Haves" as good teachers. Then, combining with recent policies and examples of educators, it analyzes six aspects of unique spirit of educators in China. Then, through a questionnaire survey, it understands the understanding and mastery of the "Four Haves" good teacher standards and the spirit of educators by in-service teachers and prospective teachers. Finally, based on the questionnaire results, it proposes training paths for in-service teachers and prospective teachers as great teachers in the new era. |
