随着科技、经济快速发展，为了跟上时代的节奏，许多企业都开始进行扩张，并开始建立财务共享服务中心，这对企业来说是有一定的好处的，但同时也会带来一定的财务风险问题。而财务风险管理是企业一直以来都需要重视的问题，因此本文将这两个问题结合起来一起研究。研究了财务共享模式中企业风险管理。通过搜集海尔集团财务共享服务中心建立前后的财务数据，对海尔集团分别从偿债能力、营运能力和盈利能力三个方面进行财务风险分析，发现海尔集团的相关比率都在建立财务共享服务中心或财务共享服务中心成熟后趋于平稳，说明财务共享对海尔集团的财务风险管理还是有一定影响的。基于以上结论，本文也得出了相关经验启示。

With the rapid development of science and technology and economy, in order to keep up with the pace of the times, many businesses are starting to expand and are starting to build financial shared service centers，and began to establish a financial shared service center.This is beneficial to the enterprise, but it will also bring some financial risks.Financial risk management has always been an issue that enterprises need to pay attention to, so this article combines these two issues to study together.This article chooses Haier as a case to study the risk management of enterprises under the mode of financial sharing.Through the collection of financial data both before and after the establishment of Haier's shared financial services centre, Haier conducted financial risk analysis from three aspects: debt paying ability, operating ability, and profitability.It is found that the relevant ratios of Haier Group tend to stabilize after the establishment of financial shared service centers or financial shared service centers mature, indicating that financial sharing still has a certain impact on Haier Group's financial risk management.Based on the above conclusions, this article also draws relevant empirical insights.
