研究旨在深入探讨教师就业城市选择的影响因素，利用多元有序logistic回归模型对自行发放的问卷调查数据和各个城市2022年的统计年鉴资料进行分析。研究发现，是否有亲朋好友等社会关系在该地、是否为毕业学校所在城市、子女教育满意度以及城市的人均生产总值（人均GDP）均对教师就业城市选择产生正向影响。

具体而言，亲朋好友在目的地的存在不仅为教师提供了情感支持和社交网络，还可能带来职业发展上的便利，因此成为影响教师就业城市选择的重要因素。毕业学校所在城市通常与教师有着深厚的情感纽带和认知基础，这种归属感使得许多教师更倾向于选择母校所在城市就业。子女教育满意度作为教师生活质量的重要组成部分，对于其就业城市选择同样具有显著影响。教师通常倾向于选择教育资源丰富、教育质量高的城市，以确保子女的教育需求得到满足。此外，城市的人均GDP作为衡量经济发展水平和生活质量的重要指标，也对教师就业城市选择产生积极影响。经济发达、生活便利的城市往往更能吸引教师前来就业。

通过多元有序logistic回归模型的分析，研究进一步量化了这些因素对教师就业城市选择的影响程度和相对重要性，揭示了其背后的作用机制。本研究不仅有助于深化对教师就业决策过程的理解，还为教育部门和学校制定更加精准有效的招聘策略提供了参考。

This study aims to deeply explore the influencing factors of teachers' employment location choices, utilizing the multivariate ordered logistic regression model to analyze the self-administered questionnaire survey data and the statistical yearbook data of various cities in 2022. The research finds that the presence of relatives and friends in the destination, whether it is the city where the graduate school is located, satisfaction with children's education, and the city's per capita GDP all have a positive impact on teachers' employment location choices.

Specifically, the presence of relatives and friends in the destination not only provides teachers with emotional support and social networks but also potentially brings convenience in career development, thus becoming an important factor influencing teachers' employment location choices. The city where the graduate school is located usually has a deep emotional bond and cognitive foundation with teachers, and this sense of belonging makes many teachers more inclined to choose the city where their alma mater is located for employment. Satisfaction with children's education, as an important component of teachers' quality of life, also has a significant impact on their employment location choices. Teachers tend to choose areas with abundant educational resources and high educational quality to ensure that their children's educational needs are met. Additionally, the city's per capital GDP, as an important indicator to measure economic development level and quality of life, also has a positive impact on teachers' employment location choices. Cities with developed economies and convenient living conditions often attract more teachers to come for employment.

Through the analysis of the multivariate ordered logistic regression model, we further quantified the degree and relative importance of these factors' influence on teachers' employment location choices, revealing the underlying mechanisms behind them. This study not only helps to deepen the understanding of the decision-making process of teachers' employment but also provides important references for educational departments and schools to formulate more precise and effective recruitment strategies.
