相较于一般职业群体,司法人员工作内容和要求的特殊性使得他们面临着更严重的心理压力,导致其处于心理亚健康状态,进而影响他们的身心健康和工作效能。针对司法人员心理健康的研究对其本身和社会都有着重要意义,但目前我国针对该群体心理健康干预研究较少。考虑到我国人口众多、医疗资源有限,传统的心理治疗成本昂贵,容易出现病耻感、花费时间较长等显著局限性。正念减压疗法可以更好的跟生活结合、成本较低、具有较强的隐私性、易于获取与接受。本研究基于正念减压疗法的短程线上自助课程设计,结合司法人员心理健康现状,探索一套具有可行性的干预方案,并检验线上短程正念干预方案对改善司法人员心理健康的效果。
本研究共分为两个子研究。
研究一:查阅文献资料和已有正念方案设计提升司法人员心理健康水平的线上短程自助正念干预方案,以一般职业人群作为研究对象进行预实验,并对干预方案进行修订。
研究二:检验干预方案对于提升司法群体心理健康水平的有效性。
在研究一中,通过查阅文献和现有练习,设计出3周的初始正念干预方案,并以一般职业人群作为研究对象进行预实验,预实验结果显示,焦虑水平(F = 5.55, p = 0.020, ηp 2 = 0.03)、抑郁水平(F = 6.12, p = 0.014, ηp 2 = 0.04)、失眠(F = 4.20, p = 0.042, ηp 2= 0.03)的时间与组别的交互效应均显著,也根据预实验被试的反馈对干预方案进行修订。
在研究二中,通过线下宣讲的方式共招募司法人员有效被试142人,将其分为实验组(n = 72)和对照组(n = 70),对实验组进行干预,对照组不进行任何干预。分别在干预前和干预后对实验组被试的焦虑、抑郁、失眠和正念进行测量。
研究结果显示,在进行干预前,实验组与对照组无显著差异(p > 0.05),经过正念干预后,实验组和对照组在焦虑、抑郁和正念水平上均存在显著差异(p < 0.05),故本干预方案可以有效降低司法人员的焦虑、抑郁水平,提高正念水平。
本研究的线上短程自助正念干预方案可以有效缓解司法人员心理压力,对一般职场人群和司法人员的心理健康水平有着显著的提升作用,打破了线下干预时间和空间的限制,扩展了研究对象范围,具有较好的推广和应用价值。

外文摘要:

Compared to the general profession, judicial officers face more serious psychological stress due to the specificity of their work and requirements. This causes them to be in a psychological sub-healthy state, which in turn affects their physical and mental health and work effectiveness. The research on the mental health of judicial officers is of great significance to them and to society. But at present, the intervention research on the mental health of the group is less. Considering the large population and limited medical resources. Traditional psychological treatment is expensive, prone to stigma and take a long time. Mindfulness-based stress reduction therapy can be better integrated with life, low cost, strong privacy, easy to access and accept. This study explores a feasible intervention programme based on a brief online self-help course designed by Mindfulness Therapy, taking into account the current mental health situation of judicial officers, and tests the effectiveness of the short online positive thinking intervention programme on improving the mental health of judicial officers. 
The research consists of two studies. In Study 1, the author reviewed literature and existing positive thinking programs to develop an online brief self-help mindfulness intervention programme for improving the mental health of judicial officers. In Study 2, the author tested the effectiveness of the intervention programme to improve the mental health of judicial officers.
In Study 1, an initial 3-week mindfulness intervention protocol was designed through a review of the literature and available exercises, and a pre-experiment was conducted with the general occupational population as the study population. The results of the pre-experiment showed that the interaction effects of anxiety(F = 5.55, p = 0.020, ηp 2 = 0.03), depression (F = 6.12, p = 0.014, ηp 2 = 0.04)and insomnia(F = 4.20, p = 0.042, ηp 2 = 0.03)were significant for both time and group interaction effects, and the intervention protocol was also revised based on feedback from the pre-experimental subjects. 
Researchers at Study 2, 142 effective participants of judicial officers were recruited and divided into an experimental group(n=72)and a control group(n=70), with the experimental group receiving the intervention and the control group receiving no intervention. Anxiety, depression, insomnia and mindfulness levels of the experimental group participants were measured before and after the intervention.
Study results showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before the intervention(p > 0.05). After the mindfulness intervention, significant differences were found between the experimental group and the control group in terms of anxiety, depression, and mindfulness level(p < 0.05). Therefore, this intervention program can effectively reduce anxiety and depression levels, and increase the level of mindfulness among judicial officers. 
This research's online brief self-help mindfulness intervention program can effectively alleviate the psychological stress of judicial officers and has a significant effect on the mental health of the general workforce and judicial officers, breaking the time and space limitations of the offline intervention and extending the scope of the study's target population, with good promotion and application value.
