职业教育的最终目标是培养适应现代生产力发展和企业行业所需的中、高级技术技能人才。这不仅要求学生掌握一定的专业知识和技能，还要积极发展和提升职业心理素质和品质以适应未来职业发展的需要。因此，对于广大职业院校来说，学生心理健康教育质量的提升和发展越来越凸显其重要性和紧迫性。本文共分为四大部分：第一部分为绪论，主要包括研究的背景、意义、文献综述及概念界定等内容；第二部分为理论研究与文献分析，主要针对高校心理健康教育管理工作的相关研究成果进行整理及总结；第三部分为案例描述与研究，通过对XX职业学院具体情况的分析得出心理健康教育管理的主要问题及优化策略；第四部分为结论。大量的文献研究表明，学校心理健康教育自20世纪80年代以来，虽经过了30多年的发展，取得了一定的成绩，但也存在着许多问题。当前学者们对于高校心理健康教育及其管理工作的主要研究内容包括：领导机制是否建立；组织机构是否完整；师资队伍的构成及专业化水平；心理健康课程开设情况；软、硬件投入情况等。 本文采用了文献分析法、访谈法、案例研究法和实地研究法为主要研究方法，结合对XX职业学院心理健康教育管理现状的深入了解和分析进一步阐述了该校在心理健康教育管理工作的主要问题，并分析了产生问题的主要原因，提出了XX职业学院心理健康教育管理的优化策略，并着重就其心理健康教育管理的激励机制建设问题进行了剖析，力求对该校心理健康教育管理体系的建设起到进一步的补充和完善作用，并对其他高职院校相关工作的开展起到一定的启发和借鉴作用。文章最后得出结论：必须转变观念、科学认识心理健康教育的重要作用；必须重视激励机制的重要作用，促进心理健康教育管理工作的全面发展；心理健康教育管理工作需要教育管理部门进一步作好顶层设计、统一规划、科学部署，为学校心理健康教育管理工作提供政策支持和保障。

Higher vocational college is devoted to training applied talents with medium or high specific skills to meet requirements of certain industries or enterprises. Therefore, the students in higher vocational college need higher mental quality in order to face market competition and challenge. In this case, strengthening health education is very important.Although mental health education in colleges has developed rapidly since 1980s, there are still many problems we need to improve. Based on the analysis of the relevant concepts of mental health education, the main research contents in mental health education and its management system include: the leadership, the organization, HR, the courses, work condition and so on. By literature research,cases analysis and interviews, the author finds out those problems are: the weakness of leadership, the lack of work regulations, ambiguity of power and duties, the lack of HR, teaching and research being ignored and so on.During the research process, the author finds out that there is no details or explanation about motivating system construction in the field of mental health education management which is proved very important by interviewing leaders and teachers in the XX higher vocational college. Therefore, the paper pays more attention to the motivating system construction than other management factors, in the hope of contributing for the higher vocational education in China. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is an introduction, describing the background of research, researching methods and relevant concepts. The second part includes the comprehensive literature research focused on psychological health education management system. The third part analyzes the current situation and comes out ten main optimized management strategies for the XX higher vocational college. The last part summarized conclusions: the importance of mental health education must be learned scientifically, motivating system is also very important in encouraging teachers and students, proper policies from government will be great help for all vocational colleges.
