论文主要研究了一系列阳离子-自由基聚合混杂单体和低聚物的合成,并将这些单体与不同的光引发剂配合,在实时红外监测下,研究了不同条件下单体的光聚合。论文以4-羟基丁基乙烯基醚(HBVE)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为原料,选择了更为便宜的四异丙醇钛酸酯作为催化剂,成功的合成了含有乙烯基醚的混杂单体4-(乙烯氧基)丁基甲基丙烯酸酯(VBMA);以4-羟基丁基乙烯基醚(HBVE)和烯丙基溴为原料,在氢氧化钠和正四丁基溴化铵(TBAB)催化下,成功的合成了1-(烯丙氧基)-4(乙烯氧基)丁烷(AVB)混杂单体。两个单体的合成方法简单,原料便宜易得。VBMA和AVB单体中的乙烯基醚基团在碘鎓盐445和锍鎓盐PAG201阳离子光引发剂作用下能快速固化,锍鎓盐PAG201引发剂性能更好,引发乙烯基醚双键聚合效果最好;VBMA中的甲基丙烯基和AVB中的烯丙基在Irgacure 907,Irgacure 819,TPO和ITX自由基光引发剂等引发下,也可以较好的聚合。论文以二异氰酸酯类单体和4-羟基丁基乙烯基醚、烯丙醇为原料,在二月桂酸二丁基锡催化下,成功的合成了HVE-1和HVE-2两个氨酯类的单体,合成方法简单,收率高。碘鎓盐、锍鎓盐和茂铁等阳离子光引发剂均能引发HVE-1的乙烯基醚双键聚合,但效果最好的是锍鎓盐阳离子光引发剂PAG201和PAG202,HVE-1的乙烯基醚双键的转化程度可达到100%,含有三级胺结构的Irgacure 907自由基光引发剂的加入会降低阳离子光固化效果。在闭合体系下,自由基光引发剂引发HVE-1的烯丙基双键聚合,效果都很好,在敞开体系下,自由基引发剂的引发效果普遍较差,加入阳离子引发剂能够提高自由基引发剂的引发效果。合成几个聚合物,对聚合物的合成条件进行摸索,通过调整使用不同的溶剂成功合成了NIPMAM(N-异丙基甲基丙烯酰胺)和VBMA的共聚物,并对其进行了红外和溶解性表征。以上合成的单体和低聚物,将在405 nm紫激光印刷板材感光组合物中,具有重要的应用。

A series of cationic-radical polymerizable hybrid monomers and oligomers were synthesized. And these hybrid monomers containing cationic and free radical polymerizable vinyl groups with different photoinitiators were studied by real-time Fourier transform infrared spectra (RT-FTIR) under UV light.The hybrid monomer 4-(vinyloxy)butyl methacrylate (VBMA) containing cationic and radical polymerizable vinyl groups was successfully synthesized by the reaction of Methyl methacrylate (MMA) with 4-hydroxy butyl vinyl ether (HBVE) using titanium (Ⅳ) isopropoxide (TIPO) as a catalyst under mild condition. And hybrid monomer 1-(allyloxy)-4-(vinyloxy) butane (AVB) containing cationic and radical polymerizable vinyl groups was successfully synthesized under mild condition. Synthetic method is simple, easy to get cheap raw materials. The cationic polymerizable vinyl ether (VC) of the hybrid monomer can polymerize rapidly by exposure to UV light in the presence of cationic photoinitiator such as iodonium salt or suflonium salt. The efficiency of the cationic photoinitiators in initiating the polymerization of the vinyl ether moieties (VC) of the hybrid monomer was in the order: suflonium salt > iodonium salt. The free radical polymerizable methacrylate (VR) groups of VBMA and allyl group (VR) of AVB can polymerize by exposure to UV light in the presence of radical photoinitiator such as TPO, ITX, Irgacure 819, Irgacure 907. The two urethane monomers were synthesized by the reaction of diisocyanate monomers with HBVE and allyl alcohol using dibutyltin dilaurate as a catalyst under mild condition. The method is simple and easy to implement. The cationic polymerizable vinyl ether (VC) of HVE-1 can polymerize rapidly by exposure to UV light in presence of iodonium salt, iodonium salt or ferroce cationic photoinitiator. The best effect in initiating the polymerization of vinyl ether (VC) of the hybrid monomer is suflonium salt initiator PAG201 and PAG202, and high conversions, of 100%, was obtained. Addition of radical initiator Irgacure 907 containing tertiary amines reduced the curing effect of cationic initiator. Under the closed system, the free radical polymerizable allyl groups (VR) of HVE-1 can polymerize rapidly by exposure to UV light in the presence of radical photoinitiator; under the open system, conversion degree of allyl double bond (VR) of HVE-1 initiated by free radical initiator is very low, addition of cationic initiator can increase the effect of free radical initiator. Several oligomers were synthesized and synthetic conditions proceeded simple exploration. The copolymer of N-isopropyl methacrylamide (NIPMAM) and VBMA was successfully synthesized by adjusting the use of different solvents. The copolymer was characterized by IR and the copolymer of solubility was tested.Above hybrid monomers and oligomers will have important application as photosensitive layer composition of 405 nm Violet Laser Plate.
