在经济全球化和区域经济集团化的趋势，日本作为世界第二大经济体，在世界经济格局中起着举足轻重的作用。经历过20世纪90年代的泡沫经济破灭之后，日本经济进入恢复与以中低增长为特征的发展时期。而日本对外贸易受到金融危机的影响有所起伏，对外投资形势也有所下降，但仍具有较强的国际竞争力。中国作为日本的最大贸易国，与日本有着密不可分的经贸关系，而日本也是中国的第三大贸易国、第二大投资来源国，中日经济互相影响互相促进。本文通过分析日本近年来的对外经济形势和中日经贸关系，提出进一步加强中日经贸关系的战略，谋求中日友好合作与互惠双赢。

With the economic globalization and regional economic integration, as the second largest country in total economic output all the world, Japan pays an important role in the world economic structure. Having experiencing the damage of bubble economy in 1990s, Japan goes into a new development with slow increase. And Japan international trade was affected by the financial crisis to some extend; but it still has strong international competitiveness. As the largest country in trade with Japan, China has a close relationship in economic and trade with Japan. Meanwhile, Japan is the third largest country in trade with China, the second largest country in direct investment to China. This paper will analyze the situation of international Economic in Japan in recent years and the relationship between China and Japan. And by analyzing these, the paper will raise some suggestions on developing and strengthening the economic and trade relationship between China and Japan.
