研究目的:本研究采用自然式站桩的干预方法,分析站桩前后的静坐状态和站桩状态的θ(4—7.5Hz)、α(7.5—13Hz)、β(13—29Hz)三个频带的脑电基本特征,探究初次站桩对大脑脑电信号的调节作用,并通过脑电特征的变化探究站桩对改善大学生大脑活动、学习疲劳以及身心调节的作用。研究方法:本研究选取实验对象10名,均为北京师范大学在校生,年龄(22.3±2.95)岁,实验分为5min静坐、10min自然式站桩和站桩后5min静坐三部分,使用32导运动脑电设备测量被试脑电(EEG)信号,并且通过BrainVision Analyzer 2.2脑电分析软件处理信号。 研究结果:1)站桩状态(11.79)比站桩前静坐状态(6.64)的α频带功率平均值更高,二者差异呈现显著性(P=0.005);站桩后静坐状态(9.58)比站桩前静坐状态(6.64)的α频带功率平均值更高,差异呈现显著性(P=0.044)。2)β频带功率平均值在站桩状态(9.26)比站桩前静坐状态(5.62)高,呈现显著性差异(P=0.05)。3)站桩前静坐状态(1.81)、站桩状态(1.87)和站桩后静坐状态(1.66)的θ频带功率平均值并没有产生较大差异。研究结论:10分钟自然式站桩,对大脑脑电α、β频段功率有提高作用,这说明站桩时大脑状态得到改善,更加趋向于安静、清醒的脑功能状态,这对于缓解大学生学习疲劳有一定的理论现实意义。 |

Aims of the study: This study used the intervention method of natural staking to analyse the basic EEG characteristics of theta (4-7.5Hz), alpha (7.5-13Hz) and beta (13-29Hz) frequency bands in the sedentary state and the staking state before and after staking to explore the effect of initial staking on the regulation of EEG signals in the brain and the changes in EEG characteristics to explore the effect of initial staking on the brain activity and the physical and mental regulation. We investigated the regulation effect of initial staking on the brain electrical signals, and explored the effect of staking on the improvement of college students' brain activity, study fatigue, and physical and mental regulation through the changes of EEG characteristics. Methods: Ten subjects were selected for this study, all of them were students of Beijing Normal University, aged 22.3±2.95 years old. The experiment was divided into three parts, namely, 5-min meditation, 10-min natural stance, and 5-min meditation after the stance, and the EEG signals of the subjects were measured with 32-lead EEG equipment and processed by BrainVision Analyzer 2.2 EEG analysis software. 2.2 EEG analysis software.The results of the study were as follows: 1) The mean value of alpha band power was higher in the standing pile state (11.79) than in the sedentary state before standing pile (6.64), and the difference between the two showed significance (P=0.005); the mean value of alpha band power was higher in the sedentary state after standing pile (9.58) than in the sedentary state before standing pile (6.64), and the difference showed significance (P=0.044). 2) The mean value of beta band power was higher in the the standing pile state (9.26) was higher than that of the pre-sitting pile state (5.62), showing a significant difference (P=0.05).3) Theta-band power averages in the pre-sitting pile state (1.81), the standing pile state (1.87), and the sitting pile state after standing pile state (1.66) did not produce a significant difference.Conclusion: 10-minute staking in natural style has improved the power of EEG α and β frequency bands of the brain, which indicates that the brain state is improved during staking, and it tends to be more quiet and awake brain function state, which has certain theoretical and practical significance for alleviating the fatigue of college students' study. |
