随着我国社会矛盾转化为“人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾”，农村地区的发展成为了实现我国全面建成小康社会目标的“短板”和“难点”。乡村振兴战略的提出成为了解决“三农”问题的重要战略决策，而社会力量作为独立于政府及企事业单位的社会组织、企业及个人等参与到乡村振兴中，具有重要的意义。
本研究基于社区营造理论，以海南省定安县高林村为研究案例，采取个案研究的方法，从社区营造中的“人、文、地、产、景”的维度整理出高林村的历史脉络和发展情况，将高林村现有社会力量进行分类和归纳，总结出宗族力量、社会组织、市场力量、乡贤四股力量。其中，以村民小组和外嫁女为主的宗族力量、张岳崧教育基金会和张岳崧文化研究会为主的社会组织、乡村能人创业和乡村民宿发展为主的市场力量以及乡贤，对于推动乡村振兴凝聚村民力量、整合链接资源、建设乡风文明、促进经济发展起到的重大作用。通过对社会力量参与社区营造的事件分析，发现目前高林村还面临着有关村落保护与发展、中青年外流、文化输出等困境。因此，尝试从农村社会工作方法切入，选取小组工作和社区工作方法作为解决问题的微观、宏观路径。该研究可为全国同类村落在乡村振兴战略中提供借鉴。

With the transformation of social contradictions in our country into "the contradiction between the people's increasing needs for a better life and imbalanced and inadequate development", the development of rural areas has become a "short board" and a "difficult point" in achieving the goal of building a well-off society in China. . The proposal of the rural revitalization strategy has become an important strategic decision to solve the "three rural" issues, and social forces, as social organizations, enterprises, and individuals independent of the government and enterprises and institutions, have important significance in rural revitalization.

This study is based on the theory of community building, taking Gaolin Village in Ding'an County, Hainan Province as a case study, and adopting a case study method to sort out the historical context and the dimensions of Gaolin Village from the dimensions of "people, culture, land, production and scenery" in community building. According to the development situation, the existing social forces in Gaolin Village are classified and summarized, and the four forces of clan power, social organization, market power, and township virtue are summarized. Among them, the clan power mainly composed of villager groups and out-of-marry women, the social organization mainly based on the ZhangYuesong Education Foundation and the ZhangYuesong Cultural Research Association, the market power based on the development of rural talented people and the development of rural guesthouses, and the villagers The vital role played by the revitalization and cohesion of villagers, the integration of linked resources, the construction of rural civilization, and the promotion of economic development. Through the analysis of the incidents in which social forces participated in community building, it was found that currently Gaolin Village is still facing dilemmas related to the protectionand development of villages, the outflow of young and middle-aged people, and cultural output. Therefore, try to cut in from the rural social work methods, and choose group work and community work methods as the micro and macro paths to solve the problem. The research can provide reference for similar villages in the country in the strategy of rural revitalization.
