Y市L乡地处Z省山麓地区，是一个典型的偏远山区贫困乡。改革开放后，因山区青壮年劳动力的大批量外迁，老年人“留守空巢”的现象也越来越普遍。许多留守老年人，尤其是空巢老人，不得不面临更多的养老问题：一是农业生产上的问题，二是生活照料上的问题，三是精神健康上的问题。且L乡乡政府财政拮据，社会养老服务产业几乎空白。针对如此严峻的养老问题，并考虑到该地区的老年人资源优势，L乡探索出了一种“以老助老”的居家养老服务模式。 本研究主要从优势视角出发，运用问卷法和访谈法对L乡12个行政村内7名60周岁及以上的老年人进行调查，以对L乡“以老助老”互助养老模式的必要性、可能性及理论可行性进行分析，探索该模式是否具有实际操作性及推广性，同时提出相关的建议。 首先是对L乡老年人互助养老模式必要性的探讨。笔者主要分析了包括经济状况、生活照料状况、医疗状况、精神文化服务状况在内的老年人居家养老现状，同时总结出存在的问题及其根本原因，验证互助养老模式在该地区开展的必要性。 其次是对L乡老年人互助养老模式可能性的探讨。主要从老年人的能力、自信、热望及环境优势这四个维度出发，分析L乡老年人开展互助养老工作所具备的优势，且说明这种优势并不局限于老年人群体自身，更体现在外界范围的资源上，论证该地区开展互助养老活动是具备客观可能性的。 再者是对L乡老年人互助养老模式理论可行性的探讨。主要从优势视角的三大核心理念（赋权、抗逆力和整合）出发，用理论来检验当前活动开展的结果，证明该模式下的老年人的确实现了自身价值、增强了抗挫折能力且成功实现了资源整合。 最后，笔者就完善该模式提出了相关建议：一是要引入培训机制，扩展日常服务内容。即，通过对L乡老年人的志愿服务能力培训，使部分需求量大却技术性强的项目真正落入实际服务中。二是要开展老年人志愿者队伍建设，实行“活动室”坐班制度。即，规范并完善志愿者团队，采取有效的激励机制，同时在“互助会活动室”实行专人固定时间待班制度，让求助者随时都能求助有门。

L Township is a typical remote mountainous township in Z Province, located in the foothills region. After the reform and opening-up, phenomenon of the "left-behind empty nest" is becoming more and more popular between the elderly because of the moving out of large quantities of young labor force. Consequently, the left-behind elderly, especially the nest empty one, have to face three tough dilemmas of agricultural stuff, daily care and mental health. To make matters worse, Social endowment service industry is almost blank there for the constraints of government budget in L Township. According to such serious pension problem and considering the resources advantages of the older people in this region, L Township explored a kind of "mutual aid pension" Community-home endowment patterns. Using the questionnaire method and interview method in 12 administrative villages in L Township, This research was mainly from the perspective of strengths and doing research for 70 cases of seniors in order to analyze the necessity, possibility and theoretical feasibility of the " mutual aid pension" mode, as well as to verify whether it is a practical mean that worth spreading to other place. At the same time, the author would put forward relevant suggestions. First of all, the author explored the necessity of the "mutual aid pension" mode. Not only studied the current situation of community home-based care services, which included economic conditions, the life care, health conditions, spiritual and cultural service conditions, this research also found and summarized existing problems so as to verify the necessity of mutual-support patterns in the region. Secondly, the author explored the possibility of the "mutual aid pension" mode. Mainly from four dimensions, the senior citizens’ ability, self-confidence, enthusiasm and environmental advantages, the author analyzed the advantages to carry out the new mode, which was not limited to the elderly group but also reflected on a wide range of resources. In this case, the possibility of using this model can be easily demonstrated. Thirdly, the author also proved the theoretical feasibility of the "mutual aid pension" mode. Focus on the three core ideas of strengths perspective, empowerment, resilience and wholeness were used to examine the result of application of the mode, which brought out the desired conclusion. Finally, the author put forward two corresponding suggestions. One is to bring in training mechanism, expanding the daily service content. Another is to improve the construction of the volunteer troops, setting up “office hours” system.
