400米跨栏作为现阶段田径中极具竞争性和观赏性的比赛项目,其栏间节奏对运动员成绩至关重要。本研究采用录像分析法,用专业分析软件DARTFISH对四位国内外顶尖400米栏运动员的最好比赛进行录像分析,得出栏间节奏的一般规律,同时对我国400米栏运动员谢智宇近年来重要比赛视频进行纵向比较,并结合数理统计法和对比分析法,深入探讨了优秀男子400米栏运动员栏间节奏的特点及其对成绩的影响。
研究发现,我国选手谢智宇在绝对速度上虽略逊于世界顶尖运动员,但在速度分配和保持方面表现相当不错。特别是在成绩提升后,谢智宇在速度保持和栏间节奏稳定性上显著增强。此外,运动员通过调整栏间步长和步频来维持速度,二栏间节奏易受对手影响。
基于此,本研究建议:我国运动员注重加强400米平跑和专项耐力训练,以增强栏间节奏的稳定性和全程速度,特别是后程的速度保持能力。其次,在变换栏间步数时,适当提升步频以实现平稳过渡,并在训练中通过大量练习来适应新节奏,强化这一阶段。最后,在能力提升后不断强化后程的速度保持能力,形成稳定的栏间节奏。本研究为400米跨栏运动员的训练提供了针对性的策略,旨在通过优化栏间节奏,提升运动员的整体表现。

The 400m hurdles, as a highly competitive and spectator-friendly event in current track and field, has a crucial impact on athletes' performance due to the rhythm between hurdles. This study employed video analysis using professional analysis software DARTFISH to analyze the best competitions of four top 400m hurdlers from both domestic and international scenes, to derive the general patterns of the rhythm between hurdles. Additionally, the study conducted a longitudinal comparison of the important competition videos of Chinese 400m hurdler Xie Zhiyu in recent years, and combined mathematical statistics with comparative analysis to deeply explore the characteristics of the rhythm between hurdles in outstanding male 400m hurdlers and its impact on performance.
The findings indicate that although the absolute speed of Chinese athlete Xie Zhiyu is slightly inferior to the world's top athletes, he performs quite comparably in terms of speed distribution and maintenance. Especially after performance improvement, Xie Zhiyu has significantly enhanced the stability of speed maintenance and the rhythm between hurdles. Moreover, athletes maintain their speed by adjusting the stride length and frequency between hurdles, but the rhythm between hurdles is easily influenced by opponents.
Based on this, the study recommends that Chinese athletes focus on strengthening 400m flat running and specific endurance training to enhance the stability of the rhythm between hurdles and overall speed, especially the ability to maintain speed in the latter stages. Secondly, when changing the number of strides between hurdles, it is suggested to appropriately increase the stride frequency to achieve a smooth transition, and to adapt to the new rhythm through extensive practice during training, reinforcing this phase. Finally, after the ability is improved, continuously strengthen the ability to maintain speed in the latter stages to form a stable rhythm between hurdles. This study provides targeted strategies for the training of 400m hurdle athletes, aimed at enhancing the athletes' overall performance by optimizing the rhythm between hurdles.
