随着经济全球化和信息全球化的加快，中国社会对实用性文本翻译的需求量逐渐加大。而一名译者无法精通各个领域的知识。尤其是在翻译专业文本的时候，如何准确地查找和借鉴平行文本起到了至关重要的作用。本文意在探讨平行文本在翻译过程中的重要作用，并结合《员工礼仪》翻译项目实践报告，总结了查找和参考平行文本的经验和启示。 本文共分为五部分，第一部分：翻译任务描述。该部分主要包括翻译项目的来源、任务的性质、选题的意义和价值以及翻译项目报告的结构。第二部分：该翻译项目的执行过程描述。该部分主要包括译前阶段、译中阶段和译后阶段。第三部分：平行文本的定义、平行文本的作用、以及如何有效地参考平行文本。第四部分：翻译实例列举。主要结合该项目报告，通过举例的方式更好地展示如何参考各类平行文本使译文变得更加地道，流畅。该部分是翻译项目报告的主要部分。第五部分：翻译项目报告的总结。

With the acceleration of economic globalization and information globalization, the demand for practical text translation has gradually increased in China. As a translator, you cannot master all areas of knowledge. For the translation of professional texts, in particular, how to accurately find and draw parallel texts plays a crucial role. This article intends to explore the important role of parallel texts in the translation process, and summarize the experience and implications of finding and referencing parallel texts through report on the translation of Employee Courtesy. This paper consists of five parts. The first part is a description of the translation task. It mainly includes the source of the translation project, the nature of the task, the significance and value of the selected topic, and the structure of the translation project report. The second part describes the implementation process of the translation project, mainly including pre-translation preparation, translation process and post-translation review. The third part discusses the definition of parallel texts, the role of parallel texts, and how to effectively refer to parallel texts. The fourth part gives some translation examples. Mainly based on the translation project, this paper shows how to refer to all types of parallel texts to make the translation more authentic and smooth. This section is the main part of the translation project report. And the fifth part gives the summary and inspiration of the translation project report.
