作为先秦时期儒家文化的集大成者，荀子在批判吸收其他学派“性论”的基础上，提出并系统阐述了自己别具特色的“性论”。本文试图深入剖析其“性论”，并对其中几个需要着重考察的问题进行讨论，以期对荀子的“性论”的学术价值和现实启示谈一些自己的看法。本文主要从四个方面对荀子的“性论”展开论述。第一，荀子“性论”的思想背景。主要是从先秦时期“人”的觉醒的大概历程和荀子之前关于“人”及“性”的讨论这两个方面进行梳理，以理清脉络，寻找到荀子“性论”得以萌生和最终形成的思想土壤。第二，“性”概念之界说。从概念剖析的角度，探讨荀子所言之“性”的丰富内涵和意义层次，从而展示荀子“性论”的思路。第三，荀子“性恶”说阐释。通过对“性恶”相关之重要问题、“性恶”论证、荀子主张“性恶”的实质三个方面的探讨，展现荀子“性恶”说的本原。第四，荀子“性论”的学术意义和启示。在前面章节的铺垫下，结合历史和现实，试探性地探讨荀子“性论”的影响。

HsunTse, as the master of Confucian culture during the Pre-Qin Period，put forward and systematically elaborated his distinctive" Theory of Nature”, based on criticizing and absorbing other schools’ theories. This paper attempts to analyze his “Theory of Nature”deeply, and try to discuss some important problems which need seeing about, in order to bring forward some views on the academic significance and realistic enlightenment of his theory. This paper will discuss HsunTse’ theory of Nature mainly from four aspects .First, the thought background of HsunTse’ theory of Nature. We will discuss this issue mainly from two respects ---the general course of human’s awaking during the pre-Qin period and the discussion on Human and Nature before HsunTse, in order to clear venation and find the soil of idea which initiated and eventually formed HsunTse’ theory of Nature.Second, the interpretation of "nature". From the angle of concept analysis, we will discuss the rich connotation and significance level of HsunTse’ theory of Nature, in order to show the train of thought of his theory.Third, the interpretation of “evil nature". Through the discussion of the three aspects -----the related important issues of " evil nature”, the argument of “evil nature", the essence of HsunTse’ advocating "evil nature ", we are trying to show the True colors of HsunTse’ theory of Evil Nature.Fourth, the academic significance and enlightenment of HsunTse’ theory of Nature. Based on the preceding chapters and combining history and reality, we are trying to make a tentative discussion on the influence of HsunTse’ Theory of Nature.
