20世纪80年代的中国文学开启了一个接续五四多元共生和精神解放的新启蒙时代,人们的意识与习俗都发生了革命和变迁。这种革命和变迁也体现于这一时代文本符号系统里一个个具体的青年形象中。八十年代的叛逆青年形象有一个发展演变的过程。首先是从政治反抗走向肉体的反抗，从八十年代前期带有强烈理想性、具有浪漫崇高色彩的叛逆青年转变为后期以个人精神为核心价值取向，具有游戏性和表演性的叛逆青年；其次是从进化论式的乐观走向虚无，从前期叛逆青年的乐观昂扬转变为后期的迷惘、颓废、耍无赖；最后是从乡村走向都市，从前期表现乡村之子的境遇转变为去透视当代城市人的困境。 细读八十年代的叛逆青年形象，他们叛逆的精神指向有政治高墙、文化枷锁、父亲权威、陈旧的生活方式等。而叛逆过后，这类青年也寻找着不同的归宿地，有的选择了归队和被收编；有的依旧不可驯服、我行我素；有的迷惘而不知所措；有的则皈依了宗教，在世俗之外寻找超脱。在叛逆青年中，女性是庞大的群体。本文将女性的叛逆列为专章，力图展示文本符号系统中的女性形象在八十年代之前和之后行为思想、价值追求的重要转变。八十年代的叛逆青年具有重要的价值和意义。他们与公认的习惯与传统决裂，自我创造了一整套与主流或权力认可所不同的符号体系，代表了一种青年亚文化的反抗。此外，叛逆青年形象的出现，还打破了社会主义“新人”式的主人公一统天下的局面，对文学艺术表现手法的更新具有重要的影响。

The 1980s of Chinese literature opened a new age of enlightenment that followed the multiple existence and ideological emancipation of May Fourth. There was a revolution in people’s consciousness and convention. The image of specific youth in the text system in the 1980s also reflected this revolution. The character of rebellious youth has experienced a process of evolution. Firstly, it changed from political opposition into physical resistance. In the early 1980s, rebellious youth had strong ideals，with the romantic noble color. In the later 1980s, rebellious youth had color with games and performances, with the core values of personal spiritual. Secondly, it changed from the theory of evolution type of optimism into nothingness, from the high-spirited optimism into confusion, decadence and rogue. Lastly, it changed from rural to urban, from the situation of rural to the plight of the contemporary urban.Analysis of the rebellious youth of the 1980s, the objects of their rebellion were political barriers, cultural shackles, father authority, the old way of life, etc. After rebellious, the youth searched for different destinations, some chose to rejoin the majority, some still could not be tamed, some begun to have confusion and a loss, some converted to religion, who want to detach oneself from reality. In the numbers of rebellious youth, women are a large group. This text has a special chapter of the rebellious women, trying to show an important change of rebellious women’s thought and value during the period of the 1980s.The rebellious youth of the 1980s had great value and significance. They broke completely with outdated conventional ideas, created a symbol system which was different from mainstream and power, which represented a resistance of youth subcultures. Besides, the appearance of the rebellious youth also broke the domination of the socialist "new" type of hero, which had an important impact on the update of the artistic expression in literature.
