在当今经济全球化和一体化、区域经济合作势头强劲的大背景下，东亚各国在自由贸易区建设、货币金融合作等方面取得了一定进展。然而在一衣带水的中国与日本之间，由于两国关系经常受到历史、政治、领土争端等因素的影响，经济金融合作发展迟缓且限制良多。但中日分别作为世界第二、第三大经济体，其双边经济合作前景的广阔以及对东亚乃至世界经济的积极影响毋庸置疑。本文从金融合作中贸易本币结算的角度出发，对中日两国在此领域的合作现状、机遇与障碍进行归纳总结，并采用GTAP（Global Trade Analysis Project）模型[1]对该项合作将产生的影响进行实证模拟分析，为两国未来制定及执行相关经济政策、探讨金融合作的具体方法提供理论依据。

In the light of the globalization, economic integration and strong momentum of regional economic cooperation, the East Asian countries have made certain progress in monetary and financial cooperation as well as the construction of free trade zone. However, between the adjacent China and Japan, development of economic and financial cooperation is retarded and limited a lot by the influence of the relationship between the two countries, which is often subject to historical, political, territorial disputes and other factors. Nevertheless, since China and Japan are known as the second and third largest economies in the world respectively, bilateral economic cooperation between them has broad and bright prospect and its positive influence on East Asia even the world economy remains undoubted. In this paper, from the point of trade settlement currency in financial cooperation area, in contrast to the practice process of other East Asian countries, opportunities and obstacles to cooperate in this field will be summarized; At the same time, the GTAP (Global Trade Analysis Project) model will be used to analyze the impact of the cooperation, and then a theoretical basis will be provided for China and Japan to explore future financial cooperation, plan relevant economic policies and methods.
