本研究采用质性研究的策略，以4位跨性别女性社群中“代表人物”为主要研究对象，结合性少数组织提供的调研数据及研究报告，由跨性别女性的性别认同进入并分析其性别跨越过程及经历，进而探索与跨性别社群建立良好关系的社会工作实务方式。研究发现每位跨性别女性从成长到发现自我，都有可能经历朦胧与苦恼、觉醒与尝试、冲撞与突破、和解与接纳四个阶段，每两个阶段分别对应着“疑惑期”、“探索期”和“挣扎期”三个生命历程时期，跨性别女性因性别认同出现情绪问题的机率将在“挣扎期”上升到峰值，之后逐渐降低。除此之外，本研究还整理出了一个在跨性别社群内部特有的‘层级流动’模型，社群成员按照“性别表达程度”、“父母支持情况”、“经济条件独立”三个关键因素的对比，产生了“天赋党与天残党”、“家长党与家暴党”的社群流动现象。最后，研究回归于社会工作实务，结合个案、小组（团体）和社区三种专业方式，从社会工作者的意识形态、知识储备及专业技能三个方面提出了具体的建议，希望有利于促进我国本土社会工作研究与实务的发展。

This study adopts the strategy of qualitative research, with “representatives” among the four transgender female communities as the main research object. The research data and research reports provided by the combined minority organizations enter and analyze the gender identity of trans women. Gender-crossing processes and experiences, and then explore social work practices that build good relationships with transgender communities. The study found that every woman who grows from transgender to self-discovery may experience four stages: jealousy and distress, awakening and attempting, collision and breakthrough, reconciliation and acceptance. Each of the two stages corresponds to the “doubt period” and “exploration”. During the three life stages of the “period” and “struggling period”, the probability of transgender women’s emotional problems due to gender identity will rise to the peak during the “struggling period” and then gradually decrease. In addition, the study also compiled a unique 'level mobility' model within the transgender community. The community members follow the three criteria of “degree of gender expression”, “parental support” and “economic independence”. The comparison of factors has produced the phenomenon of social mobility of “the talented party and the sinister party” and the “parent party and domestic violence party”. Finally, the study returns to social work practice, combining case, group (group) and community three professional methods, from the social worker's ideology, knowledge reserve and professional skills in three aspects to put forward specific recommendations, hoping to promote China The development of local social work research and practice.
