自媒体的发展为我国的言论自由带来了新的局面，公共论坛出现了不少转机，包括数字鸿沟的抹平、新意见阶层的崛起、更多社会问题的暴露和公民新闻比重的上升等。但自媒体上由于缺乏理性所带来的民粹的氛围和群体极化、无序表达和无效表达带来的交流低效，使得其公共论坛的角色充满不确定。本文以展现自媒体为公共论坛带来的转机和危机为主，结合言论自由的价值和理想公共论坛的特征，探讨如何让自媒体成为更加完善的公共论坛。文章主要聚焦于提高自媒体上言论的完整性和启发性，期待专业媒体人发挥更加积极的作用，并通过不同言论平衡自媒体作为公共论坛的言论生态环境，从而重塑一个质量更高、更具公共性的公共论坛。

Freedom of speech in our country has acquired some new conditions since the development of we-media, and the public forum has shown a lot of favorable turns that include the elimination of digital gap, the emergence of new classes of different views, the exposure of more social problems and a rise in the proportion of citizen journalism, etc. But the future of public forum in we-media is also filled with risks because of the lack of ration in we-media which can lead to populist and group polarization, and the disordered expression and inefficient expression which will lead to inefficiency of communication. This paper focuses on the opportunities and risks brought about by we-media. Meanwhile, this paper illustrates the value of freedom of speech and describes the characteristics of ideal public forum, as well as how to cultivate public forum in we-media. Media?professionals need to play a more active role to balance the speech ecological environment by promoting integrity and enlightenment of speech in we-media, thereby reshaping public forum to make it have a higher quality and more publicity.
