包头市九原区初中地理教师专业发展的现状调查与对策研究教育管理专业硕士学位申请人 刘艳指导教师 鲍传友摘 要改革教育,发展教育,最终都要通过教师的教育实践才能实现,而提高教师素质,改善教育质量的关键是教师的专业发展。本文通过调查问卷和个人访谈,对包头和九原区初中地理教师专业的发展的情况做了全面调查,剖析了初中地理教师现状,找出了存在的问题,并分析了造成差距的原因,并在此基础上有针对性的提出了我区初中地理教师专业发展的途径。本文有四部分组成:第一部分:绪论,阐述了选题缘由,研究目的、方法,并对文中相关概念进行了界定。第二部分:现代教育对初中地理教师专业发展的要求。第三部分:通过呈现和分析调查数据,指出包头市九原区中小学地理教师的现状、存在问题以及造成这种现状的原因。第四部分:针对我区初中地理教师专业发展中存在的问题,提出了如下策略:一、多方面鼓励教师继续学习,奠定教师终生发展的基础二、搭建教师成长平台,协助教师顺利成长三、创建和谐校园,带动教师专业发展四、多种培训结合,使教师任教的学校成为教师专业发展的基地五、引进派出,让教师眼见更开阔六、培养和强化地理教师的创新精神与能力本文旨在为非中考科目或比重占很小分值的弱势科目教育工作者的教育实践提供一些可借鉴的启示,希望能对教育界同仁有一定的帮助。关键词: 初中地理教师 专业发展 发展途径
