害羞是社会退缩的一个组成部分,指的是个体在社交中感到焦虑并采取回避的方式。初中生正处于开始发展社交技能的时期,害羞个体无疑会面临更大的压力。因此,有必要探讨初中生害羞的家庭和个体因素,以及其对害羞的预测作用,以便于为学校和家庭的教育工作提供参考。 本研究中的家庭因素选择父母监控、亲子依恋质量两个变量,个体因素选择情绪管理能力、应对方式两个变量。采用自陈量表Hakan Stattin的父母监控量表,Armsden 和Greenberg(1987) 的“青少年对父母与同伴依恋问卷”(IPPA) 中的父亲和母亲分问卷,简易应对方式问卷,情绪管理问卷以及害羞量表(Cheek & Buss,1983)对北京及重庆地区的三所初中共1200名学生进行施测,并使用spss17.0版本的统计分析软件对数据分别进行单因素方差分析、皮尔逊相关、回归分析,发现: 家庭因素方面: 父母监控及其分维度与害羞不存在显著相关; 亲子依恋总质量以及父子依恋和母子依恋分水平与害羞呈显著负相关。父亲沟通和父亲信任与害羞呈显著负相关,父子、母子疏离与害羞存着显著正相关。 个体因素方面: 情绪管理能力与害羞程度呈显著负相关; 消极应对方式与害羞呈正相关。 将父亲监控、母亲监控、父亲依恋、母亲依恋和情绪管理、积极应对压力方式与消极应对压力方式作为自变量,使用逐步回归法对预测变量害羞进行回归分析,发现消极应对压力方式、情绪管理和父亲依恋能显著预测害羞,其联合预测被试害羞9.4%的变异。 本研究发现,家庭因素方面,亲子依恋尤其是父亲依恋更能预测害羞。在个体因素方面,情绪管理能力和消极压力应对方式显著预测害羞。预示我们在针对害羞个体的干预过程中,注重父亲的教育作用,以及培养害羞个体情绪管理能力和采用积极方式应对压力。
外文摘要:
Shyness is an integral part of social withdrawal, referring to the experience of anxiety and tendency to take evasive when the individual is in social situations. Students of junior high school are on the high time of developing social skills,therefore, shy personality will certainly cause some degree of confusion, or even life-long impact. It is necessary to explore the shy situation of Chinese adolescents, and discuss the factors that may influence shyness in order to provide a reference to schools or families with shy children. Through the questionnaire method, 1200 adolescents from junior high school were to fill up a Questionnaire of 100 questions: Parental Monitoring Questionnaire, Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment(IPPA) , Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire, Emotional Management, Cheek and Buss Shyness Scale(Cheek & Buss,1983). The primary results are as follows: 1. In terms of family factors,there is no significant positive correlation between parental monitoring and shyness.But the quality of parent-child attachment and shyness retain a significant negative correlation, so does father-child trust, father-child communication, mother-child and father-child alienation. 2. In terms of individual factors,emotional management ability and shyness keep a significant negative correlation, and negative coping style and shyness retain a positive correlation. 4. parent-child attachment,emotional management and coping style has significant forecasts to shyness and can create a regression equation.Father-child Attachment,mother-child Attachment,emotional management and coping style as independent variables,we found that father-child Attachment have more significant forecasts to shyness than mother attachment. To sum up,its very meaningful to notice the significant importance of father-child attachment ,and promote the ability of emotional management and positive coping style when there is a shy child in your family or school.
