传统社会对女性抱有明确的角色期待，将女性的行为与思想模板化，以“柔弱”、“无智”、“泼蛮”的标签解释异于常态的女性。女性被视为一种特殊的家庭财产，司法活动中，女性的家庭身份影响判决的结果。清末，社会变迁下，传统观念层面对女性的认知与事实层面的女性逐渐分离。女性在家庭中的实际地位已有所上升，部分女性甚至脱离传统家庭，走向社会。

There have been clear role expectations for women in traditional patriarchal society, female behaviour and templated with "weak" and "unwise" and "pour man" label interpretation different from the norm of women. Women are regarded as a special family property, judicial activities, women's family status influence the outcome of decisions. Later on, under the social change, traditional perceptions of women separate from the factual aspects of women gradually. The actual status of women in the family have risen, some women even from the traditional family, to society.
