培养有理想、有本领、有担当的青少年是每位教师的责任。在《义务教育地理课程标准》中明确规定了乡土地理是初中阶段的必学内容，并且对乡土地理的学习目标、内容等都做出了具体要求。

城市是文化、情感的载体，学习城市的历史沿革、发展变化、人口经济等内容，能帮助学生更好地了解家乡，树立文化自信。同时，开发乡土地理的校本课程也是国家新课程改革的主要方向之一，可以作为区县级小区域地理学习的补充，因此开发关于包头市的乡土地理校本课程是有必要且有意义的。

因此，为让初中学生更了解家乡的发展变化，树立人地协调观念，增加爱国热情，本研究采用文献研究、问卷调查、案例研究等方法，先期通过设计问卷，调查师生对于开设乡土地理校本课程的态度和感兴趣内容，确立了课程开发依据和原则，中期根据问卷筛选课程内容、制定目标、规划课程纲要、编写具体教学方案等，开发了关于包头市的乡土地理课程——《包头城市发展》。后期按规划进行教学实践，并对学生进行测评，学习效果令人满意。本课围绕移民包头、绿色包头、黑白包头等内容模块，设计了内容充实、形式多样的教案、学习资料、学案和课件等，组织了全新的内容讲解，将遥感地图等引入初中地理课堂，引导学生从历史、地理等多角度学习乡土地理，通过自主学习、合作探究等方式开展乡土地理的学习实践。经过一阶段学习后，相关测评结果显示，学生学习了关于包头市的人口迁移历史、城市发展建设、资源开发利用等知识，提升了合作探究、自主学习的能力，增加了对家乡的了解，对其树立正确的环境和发展观，增强热爱家乡、热爱祖国的感情有所帮助。

It is the responsibility of every teacher to cultivate young students with ideals, abilities, and responsibilities. In the Geography curriculum standard of compulsory education published in 2011 clearly stipulated that local geography should be regarded as a compulsory subject in junior highschool and made the concrete requests to the local geography study goal, the content and so on.
      City is the carrier of culture and emotion. Learning the historical evolution, development and change, population and economy of the city could help students understand their hometown preferably, establish cultural self-confidence. At the same time, the development of school-based curriculum of local geography is also one of the main directions of the national new curriculum reform, it can also be used as a supplement to the study of small regional geography at the district and county level, so it is necessary and meaningful to develop the school-based curriculum of local geography in Baotou.
      Therefore, in order to make junior high school students know more about the development and changes of their hometown, establish the concept of coordination between man and land, and increase patriotism, this study establishes the principles of curriculum development by using the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, case study and so on. At first, through the questionnaire to know the attitude of teachers and students to study the school-based curriculum of local geography and the content of interest. The second, after screening the content based on the questionnaire, formulating the goal, planning the curriculum outline, compiling the teaching plan and more, we developed the local geography course of Baotou -- "Baotou Urban Development". Finally, according to plan, I practiced the course and evaluated the students, and the results of the study were good. Carry on the relevant teaching design around the content modules such as immigrant Baotou, Green Baotou, Black and White Baotou, include teaching
plans, learning materials and courseware with substantial content and various forms. Also organized the new learning content, use the remote sensing maps in junior high school to guide students to learn the local geography from multiple angles such as history and geography. By guiding students to learn independently, cooperative exploration and other ways to carry out the learning practice of local geography. After a phase of study, we conducted an evaluation. The results show that the students have mastered the knowledge about the history of population migration, urban development, and the utilization of resources in Baotou. It is helpful for students to enhance the ability of cooperative inquiry and autonomous learning, increase the understanding of hometown, establish the correct environment and development concepts, enhance the love to Baotou and China.
