在信息社会中,信息传递的速度变得前所未有的迅速,纸媒面临着来自新型传媒方式的严峻考验,而对纸媒采编工作人员的要求也越发严格。论文运用胜任特征模型理论,在综合已有研究的基础上,设定纸媒采编这一较新职位群体,运用行为事件访谈法和问卷调查法,对数据进行因素分析、回归分析,经分析讨论建构出六个维度的纸媒采编人员的胜任特征模型,包括:采编专业知识、采编工作能力、人际处理能力、成就动机、情绪特质及责任意识。提出对从业人员招聘选拔、培训以及采编人员自身素养提高等多方面的专业人力资源建议。

Under the background of informational society, information transmission speed is being unprecedented rapid. Paper medium is facing severe trials from new medium method. The requirements of Collection and Edit employee are more strict. Based on literature review, the research set the specific position of paper medium Collection and Edit employee to construct its competency model, with the method of behavioral event interviews and survey. Through the factor analysis and regressive analysis to data pertinence, a six dimensions competency model is constructed. The implications of the study were for proposing the professional human resource suggestion on how to choose and train Collection and Edit employee, and how to enhance their performance.
