在自由主义泛滥的今天,“爱国主义”似乎逐渐失去了整合力量;与此同时,民族主义的民粹化倾向,也迫使爱国主义承载了不应有的批评。不仅如此,随着社会的转型和西方文化的强势介入,原来以传统文化为基础的爱国主义的感召力也变得越来越弱。应该如何进行爱国主义教育,这是一个兼具理论和现实意义的问题。在此意义上,本文试图考察哈贝马斯等人发展的“宪法爱国主义”及其在思想政治教育中的价值。 为了廓清“宪法爱国主义”,本文首先对“爱国主义”进行了溯源性考察,论述了爱国主义从接受、赞美到淡化乃至拒斥的演变史。同时,本文以西方近代以来自由主义的发展,市民社会与国家的二元结构及其影响(警惕国家)为主线和思想史背景(前置原因),引入了哈贝马斯的“宪法爱国主义”。 考察宪法爱国主义的概念的提出和完善(从哈贝马斯到米勒)、理论主旨及其目的,这是本文最核心的任务之一。通过对宪法爱国主义体现的“范式转换”的说明,本文着重分析了它的理论基础即商谈伦理学和认同政治,认为它最重要的突破在于实现了情感和理性的综合以及形式和内容的统一。 理论源于实践,同时应该能够指导实践。因此本文试图将“宪法爱国主义”引入思想政治教育,提出“在新时代下批判继承宪法爱国主义”,使其在马克思主义指导下,通过与社会主义核心价值观相结合、与四个认同相融通,最终全面考察宪法爱国主义是否能够以及在何种程度上能够在中小学教育得到应用,进而分析其对我国爱国主义教育的启示和意义。 |

With the unchecked spread of liberalism, "patriotism" seems to be gradually losing its integrative power today, at the same time, the populist tendency of nationalism makes patriotism unfairly criticized. Moreover, with the transformation of society and the strong intervention of Western culture, the appeal of patriotism, which was originally based on traditional culture, has become weaker and weaker. How to conduct patriotic education is a question of both theoretical and practical significance. In this sense, this article attempts to examine the concept of "constitutional patriotism" developed by Habermas and others, and its value in ideological and political education. To clarify "constitutional patriotism," this article first conducts a retrospective study of "patriotism," detailing its evolution from acceptance, praise, to dilution and even rejection. At the same time, the article introduces Habermas's "constitutional patriotism" through the main line of the development of liberalism in the West in modern times and its vigilance towards the state as well as the intellectual history background. Examining the development and improvement of the concept of constitutional patriotism (from Habermas to Miller), its theoretical essence, and its purpose is one of the most critical tasks of this article. By explaining the "paradigm shift" embodied in constitutional patriotism, we focus on analyzing its theoretical foundation - deliberative ethics and identity politics, believing that its most important breakthrough lies in the integration of emotion and reason, and the unity of form and content. Theory stems from practice, and should also guide practice. Therefore, this article attempts to introduce "constitutional patriotism" into ideological and political education, proposing "critically inheriting constitutional patriotism in the new era," so that it can be combined with the socialist core values and the four identifications under the guidance of Marxism, and ultimately be implemented in whether and to what extent constitutional patriotism can be applied in primary and secondary education, in hopes of providing new insights into patriotic education in China. |
