市内公共交通体现了城市整体面貌,是城市不可或缺的重要组成部分,随着我国经济的高速发展,广大人民对市内公共交通质和量的需求越来越高。珠海市作为广东省大型副中心城市,四大经济特区之 一,其公共交通体系仍存在着许多问题与不足,达不到珠海市民日益增长的高质量服务期望及需求。乘客满意度作为衡量公共交通质量的 重要标准之一,其各项指标的高低对改善公共交通至关重要,而珠海市现有公共交通乘客满意度及各相关因素还亟待研究。本文在李克特量表的基础上,将公共交通乘客满意度分为便利、经济、舒适、安全四个指标,向广大珠海居民发放珠海市公共交通乘客满意度调查问卷,在规定期限后收集并整理问卷数据,检验问卷的信度和效度,之后进行描述性统计分析,作图可视化,得出影响珠海公共交通乘客满意度的主要因素,并结合被调查者给出的意见,提出了以下合理的整改建议,增加公交车车次、降低出租车收费、建设地铁、加强对司乘人员培训监管力度,以促进珠海市公共交通全方面进步与健康发展。 |

City public transportation reflects the overall appearance of the city, which is an indispensable part of the city. With the rapid development of our country's economy, the vast majority of people's demand for the quality and quantity of city public transportation is getting higher and higher. As a large sub-central city of Guangdong Province and one of the four special economic zones in China, Zhuhai City's public transportation system still has many problems and deficiencies. It is not able to meet the growing expectations and demands of Zhuhai citizens for high-quality services. As one of the most important criteria to measure the quality of public transportation, the level of passenger satisfaction is very crucial to improve public transportation. However, the current public transportation passenger satisfaction in Zhuhai and related factors still need to be studied. Based on Likert scale, the satisfaction of public transportation passengers is divided into four indexes: convenience, economy, comfort and safety. The questionnaires about public transportation passenger satisfaction in Zhuhai were distributed to the vast majority of Zhuhai residents. The questionnaires’ data was collected and sorted out after a certain prescribed period. Then the reliability and validity of the questionnaires were tested. The descriptive statistical analysis and visualization of the questionnaires were conducted to obtain the main factors affecting public transportation passenger satisfaction in Zhuhai. Ultimately, based on the opinions given by the respondents, the following reasonable rectification suggestions are put forward, including increasing the number of buses, reducing taxi charges, building subways, and strengthening the training and supervision of drivers and passengers, so as to promote the progress and healthy development of Zhuhai's public transportation in all aspects. |
