本研究以介休职业中学和平遥职业中学的教师为研究对象，主要采用问卷调查法对晋中职业中学教师的工作投入现状进行调查分析，从工作乐趣、工作评价、工作认同和工作专注四个维度分析职业中学教师的工作投入现状，并从教师个人特征因素、人际关系因素、学校情境三方面分析影响教师的工作投入的具体因素。研究发现，两所职业学校中学教师的工作投入状况均有待于进一步提高。进一步研究发现，从调查来看，性别、年龄、收入、校内职务、劳动关系和升学要求对教师的整体工作投入没有影响，而教龄、初学历、职称、人际关系、任教年级、婚姻状况和工作满意程度对教师整体工作投入有影响：从教5年以下教师工作投入程度最高，从教26年以上的教师工作投入为最低；初学历为硕士的教师工作投入程度最高，其次是初学历为本科、中专的教师，最后为初学历是专科的教师；未评职称教师工作投入程度最高，其次为助讲/中教二级，讲师/中教一级，工作投入程度最低的为高讲/中教高级。。从工作投入具体维度来看，性别对教师“工作专注”、“工作乐趣”有影响，女性教师比男性教师在工作专注、工作乐趣方面更投入；年龄段对教师“工作乐趣”有影响，其中25岁及以下年龄段教师工作乐趣投入程度最高，其次是26-35岁、46-55岁、36-45岁，最后是56岁及以上；教龄对教师工作乐趣、工作评价、工作专注有影响，从教5年以下教师在这三维度上投入程度最高，从教26年以上的教师在这三维度上投入程度最低；收入对教师工作乐趣、工作评价有影响：1500元收入以下的教师工作乐趣最高，收入为3500元以上收入的教师工作评价程度最高。初学历对教师工作乐趣、工作认同有影响：初学历为硕士的教师在这两维度上投入程度最高，专科的教师在这两维度上投入程度最低。职称对教师工作乐趣、工作评价、工作认同、工作专注均有影响：未评职称教师在这四个维度上投入都为最高，高讲/中教高级工作乐趣、工作认同、工作专注三个维度投入最低；讲师/中教一级在工作评价维度投入程度最低。校内职务对教师的工作评价、工作认同有影响：班主任工作评价维度投入最高；教研室主任工作认同维度投入程度最高；其他教师（办公室人员）在这两个维度中投入为最低。婚姻状况对教师在工作乐趣、工作认同、工作专注有影响：表现为离婚教师最高，其次为未婚教师，已婚教师最低。工作满意程度对教师工作投入各维度均有影响，表现为对工作非常满意的教师在各维度分值都为最高，其次是满意、无意见、不满意，对工作持非常不满意态度的教师在各维度分值都为最低。劳动关系对教师在“工作评价”有影响，表现为在编教师工作评价维度分值高，而聘任教师分值低。教师与同事的关系对教师工作乐趣、工作评价、工作认同、工作专注各维度有影响。任教年级对教师工作乐趣、工作评价、工作认同、工作专注各维度均有影响。从整体上看，两所职业需要从四个方面改进：第一，增加教师工作待遇，提高教师工作的乐趣；第二，营造和谐校园氛围，引导教师进行适宜工作评价；第三，教师应增强自身专业素质，树立正确的教育工作理念；第四，加强教师职业道德教育，帮助教师正确认识本职工作。

This research takes the Jiexiu Vocational middle school and Pingyao Vocational middle school's teachers as the objects of study, mainly uses the questionnaire to carry on the diagnosis to the Jinzhong Vocational middle school teacher's work involvement at present situation, from work enjoyment,work evaluation,work identificatim and work focus,and from the teacher individual characteristic factor,the interpersnal relationship factor and the school situatim three aspects analyzes affects on teacher's work involvement concrete factor. The research discoveres that two vocational school teacher's work involvement condition waits for further enhances. Further research discovery, looking from the investigation, the sex, the age, the income, the work relates and request of students number who are admitted to college or universitg don’t affect the whole work involvement, but the teaching senority ,diplom, the title, the interpersonal relationship, the student’s grade, the marital status and the job satisfaction have affect on the teacher's whole work involvement, teachers who teach for below 5 years to be the highest, teaches who teach for 26 years to be the lowest , masters to be the highest,teachers graduating from colleges to be the lowest, teachers who have hot commented the title to be the highest and the high level title teachers to be the lowest ,the income has effect on work enjoyment,work evaluation ,marital state to work enjoyment,work evaluation,work dedication the performance of divorced women to be the highest, the next is the unmarried teacher,the married teacher is the lowest ,the job satisfaction to the teacher involvent on the four dimensions. the very satisfied teachers are the highest and the least satisfied teachers to be the lowest,work relation to work evealuation ,teachers with good term with colleagues to work dedication, Overall,two schools need to improve the work involvement from four aspects. First increase teacher work treatment and enhance pleasure .Second, build harmonious campus atmosphere to guide teachers to carry on suitable job evaluation; Third, teachers should strengthen their own specialized quality, and set up the correct educational idea. Fourth, strengthen the teacher occupational ethics education, help teachers to understand the labor of duty correctly.
