在中国的对外投资过程中，与发展中国家之间的合作即南南合作有重要地位。非洲的埃及、肯尼亚及南非是非常有代表性的发展中国家，他们自然资源丰富、经济增长速度快但同时也伴随着严重的环境污染问题。以此三国为例，从投资适宜性的角度出发，探讨中国对发展中国家对外投资的方案具有很大的参考价值。此分析从这些国家的环境状况、社会经济发展以及最大发展空间等各种影响投资行为的方面进行，利用境外投资综合评价体系，将影响因子归总为三个级别共43个指标，根据专家们打出的相应分数，进行数据归一化和数据指向性标准化，最后得出投资适宜性评价与绿色地图。通过分析后发现埃及投资的适宜性最低，空间上均集中在尼罗河流域及下游三角洲地区，但有大量面积的四级区域便于投资； 肯尼亚的投资适宜性最高，且最佳适宜投资的区域为西部平原区及东南沿海区域；南非的投资适宜性居中，最适合投资的五级区域面积较少，主要集中在沿海地区，但四级区域面积较多，整体来看南非适宜投资的区域仍然较多。

The cooperation among developing countries, namely South-South cooperation has an important position in the process of China's foreign investment. Egypt, Kenya and South Africa are so representative of foreign investment partners that to be as examples. Exploring China’s foreign investment programs to developing countries from investment suitability angle has great reference value. This analysis is based on the environmental situation , the socio-economic development and the impact of the largest space for development and other investment behaviors of these countries, using comprehensive evaluation system of overseas investment in which the impact factors belong to three levels for a total of 43 indicators. Then hit scores according to the corresponding index , and conduct data normalization and standardization, finally points to the conclusion by the map data of investment suitability evaluation. The conclusion shows that the Egyptian Investment suitably are concentrated in the lower reaches of the Nile Basin and Delta, and a large number of forth-level regional areas can facilitate investment. The best area for investment in Kenya is the western plains region and the southeast coastal areas, due to the Southeast region transport facilities, in particular the advantages of the port, is suitable for overseas investment in the most appropriate area. Fifth-level area, the most suitable for investment, is less in South Africa and is mainly in coastal areas. But the forth-level area is still large so that the suitable region in South African is considerable as a whole.
