长征,在中外历史上有极高的知名度,被誉为人类历史上的伟大壮举,是“地球上的红飘带”。长征作为中国共产党和红军谱写的壮丽史诗,在革命中起到了坚定理想、检验真理、唤醒民众和开创新局的关键作用,是中国共产党历史上也是中国思想政治教育史上浓墨重彩的一笔。在中国工农红军长征过程中形成了伟大的长征精神,那就是“把全国人民和中华民族的根本利益看得高于一切,坚定革命的理想和信念,坚信正义事业必然胜利的精神;就是为了救国救民,不怕任何艰难险阻,不惜付出一切牺牲的精神;就是坚持独立自主、实事求是,一切从实际出发的精神;就是顾全大局、严守纪律、紧密团结的精神;就是紧紧依靠人民群众,同人民群众生死相依、患难与共、艰苦奋斗的精神”,高度概括了党和红军将士们的优秀品质。长征精神形成于新民主主义革命时期,历经社会主义革命和建设时期、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期和中国特色社会主义新时代,薪火相传、生生不息。其科学内涵结合时代特征不断丰富发展,为新时代培育社会主义建设者和接班人提供了充足的养分。长征精神育人的内在机理具体体现在长征精神作为一种精神形态与育人实践的相互作用,体现在长征精神作为一种文化形态与育人各要素之间的紧密联系,以及通过教育实践中具体的内化、外化过程,达到最终的育人效果。长征精神育人功能的发挥还需要一定的载体才能实现,本文主要研究了新时代长征精神育人的文化载体和活动载体,并且为长征精神育人载体的保护和开发提出了具体可行的方法。最后,本文提出了新时代发挥长征精神的育人功能的具体路径。新时代发挥长征精神的育人功能首要的就是要同我国当前的育人实际紧密结合,明确现阶段长征精神育人的问题导向,找准长征精神育人的目标方向,在走好新长征路的广阔实践中继续发挥长征精神的育人功能;其次要强化育人内容,以长征精神深化爱国主义教育,坚定理想信念教育和强化责任担当教育;最后要在具体实践中深化长征精神的育人功能,以重走长征路系列实践活动为载体,以红军先进典型为引领,在新时代发挥好长征精神的育人功能。

The Long March, which has a high reputation in Chinese and foreign history, is known as a great feat in human history and is the "red streamer on the earth". As a magnificent epic written by the Communist Party of China and the Red Army, the Long March played a key role in strengthening ideals, testing truth, awakening the people and opening up a new situation in the revolution, and was a rich and colorful stroke in the history of the Communist Party of China and the history of China's ideological and political education. In the course of the Long March of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army, the great spirit of the Long March was formed, that is, "the spirit of placing the fundamental interests of the people of the whole country and the Chinese nation above all else, strengthening revolutionary ideals and convictions, and firmly believing in the inevitable victory of the just cause; It is to save the country and save the people, not afraid of any difficulties and dangers, and the spirit of not hesitating to sacrifice; It is to adhere to the spirit of independence and self-determination, seeking truth from facts, and proceeding from reality in everything; It is the spirit of taking into account the overall situation, strictly observing discipline and close unity; It is the spirit of closely relying on the masses of the people, relying on them for life and death, sharing hardships and hardships, and waging arduous struggle," which highly summarizes the excellent qualities of the officers and men of the Communist Party of China and the Red Army. The spirit of the Long March was formed in the period of the New Democratic Revolution, and has gone through the period of socialist revolution and construction, the new period and new era of reform and opening up and socialist modernization, and its scientific connotation has been continuously enriched and developed in combination with the characteristics of the times, providing sufficient nutrients for cultivating socialist builders and successors in the new era. The internal mechanism of the Long March Spirit's education is embodied in the interaction between the Long March Spirit as a spiritual form and the practice of educating people, in the close connection between the Long March Spirit as a cultural form and the elements of educating people, and in the specific internalization and externalization process in educational practice to achieve the educational effect of the Long March Spirit. This paper mainly studies the cultural carriers and activity carriers of Long March spiritual education in the new era, and puts forward specific and feasible methods for the protection and development of Long March spiritual education carriers. Finally, this paper puts forward a specific path to give full play to the educational function of the Long March spirit in the new era. To give full play to the educational function of the Long March spirit in the new era, the first thing is to closely integrate it with the current reality of educating people in China, clarify the problem orientation of the Long March spirit education at this stage, find the target direction of the Long March spirit education, and continue to give play to the educational function of the Long March spirit in the broad practice of taking the new Long March road; Secondly, it is necessary to strengthen the content of education, deepen patriotic education with the spirit of the Long March, strengthen education in ideals and beliefs, and strengthen education on responsibility; Finally, it is necessary to deepen the educational function of the Long March spirit in concrete practice, take the series of practical activities to retake the Long March as the carrier, and take the advanced models of the Red Army as the guide, and give full play to the educational function of the Long March spirit in the new era.
