随着我国综合国力和人均收入水平的提升,二胎政策、三胎政策的推进,幼儿家长们开始着重关注学前教育,越来越多的企业也涉足学前教育领域。《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法实施条例》以及《中共中央国务院关于学前教育深化改革规范发展若干意见》的发布,给传统民办园带来了前所未有的挑战。民办园不转普惠园则面临着被挤出市场的困境;民办园转为普惠园,则面临着收入大幅降低、生源数量缩减、自主收费课程受限等困境。新形势下普惠幼儿园如何从激烈的环境中脱颖而出,如何保持持续高效运转,如何能为家长及幼儿提供高质量的教育服务,是我们当前亟待解决的问题。因此,研究普惠性幼儿园战略管理是一个值得广大学者研究的课题,这对普惠性幼儿园适应新环境下的发展有突出意义。 本文将结合Q幼儿园的实际情况来展开研究,为了对其所处的外部环境进行全面分析,选择了波特五力模型,从而得知在整个外部环境的影响下,有利于促进幼儿园的稳定发展,目前行业内出现了许多和该幼儿园有着相同教育服务的竞争对手,这使得幼儿教育行业的竞争更为激烈,随着家长越来越重视幼儿教育,对幼儿园也提出了更多样化的幼教需求。另外,就幼儿园掌握的内部资源进行全方位的分析,发现幼儿园具备比较丰富的物资资源,但是保教队伍的流动性较强,资金能力有待进一步提高,而组织结构相对合理。接着,又结合上述的分析内容来展开SWOT分析,提出Q幼儿园要想扩大自己的竞争优势就必须采取差异化竞争战略,而这种差异化主要体现在三个方面,分别是教育、服务以及营销渠道。最后,结合幼儿园的发展现状和内外部环境来设计差异化的教学模式,根据家长需求开拓不同类型的课程,同时重视营销渠道的建立。 |

With the improvement of China's Comprehensive National Power and per capita income, and the promotion of the two child policy and the three child policy, parents of young children have begun to focus on preschool education, and more and more enterprises are also involved in preschool education. The promulgation of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Promotion of Privately run Education and the Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Deepening the Reform and Standardizing the Development of Preschool Education have brought unprecedented challenges to traditional privately run parks. If private parks do not convert to inclusive parks, they face the dilemma of being squeezed out of the market; The transformation of private kindergartens into inclusive kindergartens faces challenges such as a significant decrease in income, a reduction in the number of students, and limitations in self funded courses. How to stand out from the fierce environment in the new situation, how to maintain continuous and efficient operation, and how to provide high-quality educational services for parents and young children are urgent issues that we need to solve. Therefore, studying the strategic management of inclusive kindergartens is a topic worthy of research by scholars, which has outstanding significance for the development of inclusive kindergartens to adapt to the new environment. This article will conduct research based on the actual situation of Q Kindergarten. In order to conduct a comprehensive analysis of its external environment, the Porter Five Forces model was selected to understand that under the influence of the entire external environment, it is beneficial to promote the stable development of the kindergarten. Currently, there are many competitors in the industry who share the same educational services as the kindergarten, which makes the competition in the early childhood education industry more intense, As parents increasingly attach importance to early childhood education, more diverse needs for early childhood education have been put forward for kindergartens. In addition, a comprehensive analysis of the internal resources held by kindergartens revealed that kindergartens have relatively abundant material resources, but the liquidity of the care and education team is strong, and the financial capacity needs to be further improved, while the organizational structure is relatively reasonable. Then, combined with the above analysis content, we carried out SWOT analysis and proposed that Q Kindergarten must adopt differentiated competition strategy if it wants to expand its competitive advantage. This differentiation is mainly reflected in three aspects, namely education, service and Marketing channel. Finally, we will design differentiated teaching models based on the development status of kindergartens and the internal and external environment, develop different types of courses according to the needs of parents, and attach importance to the establishment of Marketing channel. |
