社会工作发展在我国得到社会各界的认识与支持，社会工作实践活跃于我国各个领域，服务范围不断扩大，受益人数不断增长，对社会发展发挥着重要的作用，且日益得到显现。国家从政策和资金上都是非常支持社会工作发展的，并且从各个方面积极推进社会工作专业发展，大力号召社会各界尤其是社会组织积极实施社会工作实践。广东地区社会工作实践发展较为成熟，且为企业服务的社工实践较为活跃。然而我国社会工作发展仍处于起步阶段，理论研究和实务研究都是相当不足的，企业社会工作发展也是一样，需要慢慢从实践中探索出适合我国的企业社会工作模式。以往学者关于对企业社会工作模式的分析和划分，基本上是基于理论和理想意义，很少有根据实际情况去总结出适合我国企业的企业社会工作发展模式，且对比较典型的企业社会工作发展模式，没有做出很好的模式评估。因此，本研究从实践出发，以广东省佛山市“企业创享家”项目为例，主要通过访谈法和文献法来了解企业社会工作的具体开展情况，提出促进企业和员工发展的企业社工实务模式。且整篇文章将此模式简称为企业社会工作模式。研究主要从绪论、企业社会工作的相关理论、企业社会工作模式介绍、模式评估体系、讨论以及结论来进行介绍。讨论服务提供方与企业和员工建立关系的方法，政府、企业以及社会工作机构等在企业社会工作实务中担任的角色，以及对企业和企业员工提供的具体服务。希望通过机构或者企业社工介入，发挥应有的作用，从“创”、“享”、“家”三个方面帮助企业和企业员工解决问题，提升能力等等，最终达到企业和员工的和谐，最终共同促进经济和社会的发展，同时也希望通过本文的介绍，能够为企业社会工作的开展提供案例参考以及实践借鉴。

Therefore, this research starts from practice in Fo shan City Guang dong Province, "enterprises enjoy home" project as an example, mainly through the interview and literature review method to find out the situation to carry out specific social work in enterprise, puts forward the practice model of enterprise social enterprise and staff development.
