哲学是时代精神的精华。网络的快速发展把人类带进了新的时代和新的实践，这就要求哲学改变其形式重新来理解和把握世界。于是，网络哲学应运而生，价值哲学作为哲学的一个部分，从价值哲学的视角对网络社会进行研究也就成为必然了。也就是说，从价值哲学角度对信息革命进行研究，探究信息技术在价值哲学领域的革命性意义不但势在必行，而且能够充分发挥价值哲学的作用，能够更加深刻地从价值学的角度揭示信息网络社会的特征。网络社会的诸多新特征改变了传统哲学的范畴，同时也改变人们对价值的认识和理解，价值哲学从此有了新的内容和研究对象。因此，“网络社会的价值研究”从以下五个部分依次展开论述。第一部分为网络价值的基础，即网络社会，包括网络概念的三个层面；第二部分为网络价值的概念与特征，包括网络主体及其特征、网络客体及其特征、网络价值的概念、网络价值的特征；第三部分为网络价值的创造与实现，包括网络价值创造的基础网络交往实践，网络价值创造的要素和结果、网络价值的实现、网络价值创造的代价；第四部分为网络价值的矛盾与融合；第五部分为网络的价值评价，分别从政治、经济、文化和伦理四个方面对网络进行价值评价。这样，通过对网络价值的基础、概念、创造、实现、矛盾、融合以及网络的价值评价的逐一论述，完成了对网络社会的价值研究。

Philosophy is the quintessence of Zeitgeist and soul of civilization， developing with times. In the mean time， any philosophy has to serve its era， reflecting the spirit for its own age. True philosophy is the philosophy that could really master its age.From perspective of scientific revolution， we have experienced several， including mechanical， electrical， automatic ones. Now Internet has brought us into a new era， information age， in which everything becomes digital. So a new kind of practice， practice of communication has come into being， leading to transformation of modern philosophy， especially axiology， which gains its position in the process of development of western philosophy. Axiology started to be hot in early eighties in China， mainly understood from the relation between subject and object. Cyberspace has greatly changed the relation between subject and object， leading to a new field which axiology need to be concerned about.My paper consists of five parts. Part one is called the foundation of cyberspace value： cyberspace society. Part two is called cyberspace axiology. Part three is called making and realization of cyberspace axiology. Part four is called clash and unity of value ideas in cyberspace. Part five is called cyberspace's evaluation. So my paper is completed by five parts above.
