20世纪90年代以来，随着互联网信息技术飞速发展，以“数字化”和“虚拟化”为特征的网络虚拟社区迅速发展成为一种与现实社会不同的生活互动空间。网络教育又以其依托网络技术开展远程学习的基本特点，使得远程教育的学员更容易，也更需要加入到虚拟社区的生存体验中。作为网络教育非学术性学习支持服务的重要组成部分，高校网络教育学生社区对于促进学生人际交流，形成学生社区文化，促进个体的社会化，实现全面的发展具有重要意义；对于完善非学术性学习支持服务体系，保障网络教育质量发挥着重要作用。本研究针对网络教育学生社区的建设，在设计与运营方面，运用教育学、教育心理学等学科理论，对网络教育学生社区的设计理念、内容设计和功能设计提出了系统的设计方案；对虚拟社区的运营策略作了专门论述。探索了在远程教育公共支持服务体系下，如何建设能够满足分布在不同地域的多个高校学员参加网络教育活动的虚拟社区，为高校网络教育学生社区的建设提供借鉴和参考。

As a non-academic learning education network support services an important part of the community college network, education students could promot the interpersonal communication, build a student community culture, and promote individual and society,and to achieve comprehensive development of important significance for improving non-academic Learning Support Services System and protect the quality of education network plays an important role.In this study, it is aimed at Web-based education students community building, design, development and operations, and it use pedagogy education, educational psychology, theory and other disciplines,for the network of community education students design, content design and functionality of the system design of the programme,it is brought up a systematic plan; to conbine with Integrated network of community educat n students participate in virtual activities of the features of the law,and by education students in the network of community development and design operations in and pay attention to the trainees in the virtual community of autonomy, originality, spontaneity demand on the virtual community strategy for the operation,and discuss it in a professional way. Explore the public support in distance education support services system, how to build to meet in different geographical distribution of the number of college students participate in educational activities of the network virtual community, educational network for college students and provide a virtual community experience and reference.
