师范生课堂观察能力对于师范生实习效果有着重要意义,课堂观察能力的提高能够极大提升师范生的实习有效性。因此,在教育见习中,针对师范生的课堂观察能力提升情况如何就显得十分重要,能够给予当前师范生课堂观察能力提升类课程一定的指导意义。 基于此,本论文旨在研究教育见习课程中师范生课堂观察能力的提升情况,即教育见习前后师范生课堂观察维度、课堂观察要点以及课堂观察点的网络关系变化情况,且通过得出的研究结论对师范生课堂观察能力培养提出可行性建议。 本论文主要针对师范生的课堂观察整体框架、课堂观察关注点以及课堂观察关注点的网络关系展开了研究。在研究过程中,首创性地采用了社会网络分析的方法对师范生教育实习前后的课堂观察要点进行了内部网络结构的分析。研究发现,通过教育见习课程的学习,师范生的课堂观察具有更加清晰的结构;师范生能够结合教育学、语文教学等理论进行课堂观察,更加关注课堂主体(尤其开始侧重对于学生学习的观察)、教师的专业素养以及语文的课堂文化;师范生对教师行为的观察更为深入,由较为表层的活动类型转移到较为核心的活动类型;师范生实现了听课视角由学生视角向教师视角的转变。在研究方法上,本论文存在前后测难度不对等以及使用分词软件数据处理过于机械化的缺陷。

The classroom observation ability of normal school students is of great significance to the practice effect of normal school students. The improvement of classroom observation ability can greatly improve the effectiveness of normal students' practice. Therefore, in the educational internship, how to improve the classroom observation ability of normal students is very important, which can give some guidance to the current course of improving the classroom observation ability of normal students. Based on this, this paper aims to study the improvement of normal students' classroom observation ability in the education probation course, that is, the changes of normal students' classroom observation dimensions, classroom observation points and the network relationship of classroom observation points before and after the education probation, and puts forward feasible suggestions on the cultivation of normal students' classroom observation ability through the research conclusions. This paper mainly focuses on the overall framework of classroom observation, classroom observation concerns and the network relationship of classroom observation concerns of normal students. In the course of the research, the social network analysis method was first used to analyze the internal network structure of the classroom observation points of normal students before and after their educational practice. The study found that through the study of educational probation courses, the classroom observation of normal students has a clearer structure; normal students can combine pedagogy, language teaching and other theories to conduct classroom observation, pay more attention to the main body of the classroom (especially beginning to focus on the observation of students' learning), teachers' professional accomplishment and classroom culture of Chinese; normal students' observation of teachers' behavior is more obvious. In-depth, from a more surface type of activities to a more core type of activities; Normal students have realized the change of the perspective of listening from the perspective of students to the perspective of teachers. In terms of research methods, this paper has some shortcomings, such as the unequal difficulty of pre-test and post-test, and the over-mechanization of data processing with word segmentation software.
